I wasn't aware that I was supposed to be there 15 minutes early for my first appt. When I did arrive, the front desk was quite rude. I understand they were frustrated bc I was late, but the rudeness was pretty uncalled for. Especially since the news I received at the appointment wasn't wonderful, I didn't appreciate the hostility and thought it was pretty uncalled for. As far as the appointment, Tara was kind and professional. She listened and explained everything thoroughly.

Kim Mize is amazing. She is kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable on pelvic pain. If you have any urinary issues or pelvic pain get in to see her! I was nervous about the whole process but she has made it not scary.

From the moment I contacted Alpine PT North, they were very thorough and genuinely concerned for how I was doing starting with Bailey and the other lady who staffed the front desk to Kim, my PT, who explained about my condition so well plus ways we could proceed and did an amazing massage on the area! I found I was more hopeful about eventually being pain free as I walked out the door.

I am so grateful for the work I've been doing with Angela, which has greatly reduced my pain. The real-time ultrasound helped us find several issues, which were corrected with a month of simple exercises. Angela is also up to date on the latest research on pain, which we were able to leverage to further reduce my symptoms. Brent Dodge is a very talented physical therapist, and business man. He knows exactly where it hurts and how to help me feel better. He has treated my pain with dry needling, and he's more skilled with a needle than anyone I've ever known, even some MD's I've seen for a similar type of treatment. Another physical therapist, Tara Mund, introduced me to Core Align, and I feel so much better after committing to this form of therapeutic exercise. Like Brent, she also can pinpoint painful points and mobilizes these areas so that I feel so much better. The administrative staff are friendly and helpful, and the facility is welcoming and clean, with just the right atmosphere. I'm so grateful to Alpine Physical Therapy for helping me recover and cope with long term chronic pain.
