I came limping to Peak Sport and Spine with a tear in a muscle in my left calf. They have me doing exercises that are helping bring my left leg back to normal. And, while successful, these exercises aren't painful. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable, their treatment plan is working and my limp is vanishing. This really is great service with a smile.

Peak Sport and Spine Physical Therapy has a very knowledgeable staff, be it in the front office or in the therapy area. The open therapy room allows the therapists and clients to interact in ways that are both supportive and encouraging. I appreciate that, as new exercises are added, I get a printed copy and explanation of each exercise including how often I need to do each exercise. These are easily added to a personal PT notebook. Kim and I even strategize how to track the strict therapy protocol. If I need a piece of equipment for a particular exercise she offers great recommendations. The atmosphere is laid back and low stress. What could be better as we seek healing and wholeness?!?

Lol, I'm giving this establishment 5 stars because Ron asked me to rate it as such. I very rarely give the max rating to anything because once you do, then there is no room for improvement. I have enjoyed the two visits I have completed at this time. Ron was very professional yet calm and ready to do what was needed on my wrist. I frequented another PT establishment earlier in my PT experience and it came no where close to alleviating the swelling, tightness and pain that I was experiencing. I had a great experience at PEAK Sport & Spine Phy. Therapy. I have back issues and was able to get good help and better understanding on why I would "want" to do my daily exercises. I'm responsible for doing them or not doing them. Jill was super helpful in encouraging me in why I would "like" to do them daily. My back finally feels better. I’ve had 3 different times in my life when I’ve needed Physical Therapy. PEAK is the only place I’ll go. The staff is a great team to work with...especially Jill. I absolutely hate to exercise, but Jill makes it “fun” by making me laugh while I exercise. Every negative comment or yucky face I make, Jill turns it all into something funny that keeps me thinking exercising is fun. Jill has always been my main Physical Therapist and, personally, I don’t want any other. She’s my BFF when it comes to Physical Therapy.

While I'm only a couple of weeks in of my four week therapy, I feel like I have already made so much progress. They have been amazing with me thus far. They have great compassion, empathy, and understanding. I will definitely be back to do my therapy here again after my big surgery.
