I've had hip and knee replacements by orthopedists at two major St. Louis hospital systems (BJC, Mercy, SSM, etc.) When they hand me the prescription for physical therapy and I can use private PT's outside of the docs hospital system. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Omni Physical Therapy is the ONLY place I go for PT. Hunter and her staff are expert therapists and the service is remarkable. Unlike the hospital systems' crowded PT "factories," the Omni experience is truly one-on-one. And, Omni's prices are lower than the hospitals' prices and Omni takes insurance. When you need PT, call Omni. You won't regret it.

It’s a pleasure to have Hunter take care of my PT needs. She’s very gentle and I feel very comfortable with her treatments. It’s nice to have someone like her with her experience have an office that gets you right in and doesn’t keep you waiting. Hunter’s treatments are effective and this is evident as I leave her office feeling much better than when I walked in. I value experience, ease of getting an appointment and followup. I first went to Omni with my first knee replacement 2 years ago. From the first time I went Hunter made me feel like family. The entire staff welcomes you and makes you feel the same. I had never had physical therapy before, but every therapist, including the students, were GREAT!! I had my other knee replaced 6 months ago and I, and my Dr., wouldn't go anywhere else. You won't get better service ANYWHERE!! This is THE BEST place to recover with THE BEST people.

Wow, Omni is the BEST physical therapy facility I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to many over the years, battling chronic pain most of my life. The staff here are like family to me and they deeply care about their patients. The manual therapy & hot rocks are awesome and work the best for me. I am very disappointed with my first (and most definitely last) experience with Omni. My husband was kind enough to buy me a Groupon for a prenatal massage (I am 6 months pregnant). I had one scheduled for today but had a medical emergency come up and they were unwilling to let me reschedule. I had to miss my appointment and they went ahead and redeemed my Groupon anyways. I understand the importance of keeping appointments, but when the situation is out of my control, you would think the company would try to be more accommodating, especially for a new customer. Now, instead of my coming back and actually redeeming my Groupon, they have lost my business forever and I will make sure I tell my friends and family what happened so they don't waste their time on such an uncaring and unaccommodating business.

Personalized therapy Big Time. The sessions are 1 hour long and are very personalized. Lots of appointment times and they do everything possible to work you in. This place is very clean, very professional, and definitely not a cookie cutter therapy place. Every single visit it was me one on one with a staff member for a whole hour. I was also given printouts of home exercises to help me help myself. I HIGHLY recommend this over any other therapy organization in St. Louis.

10 stars would be more appropriate! On an icy day in January, I was on my laptop searching ONE LAST TIME for a physical therapist in town who could help me get my quad strength back, alleviate my constant pain and finally recover from what was supposed to be a fairly simple arthroscopic knee surgery I had almost TWO YEARS ago! Thank God I found Omni P.T., and took one last leap of faith, just knowing in my heart that a good physical therapist should be able to help me. I had already worked hard at two other PT clinics in this area, for a total of 5 months all together! One month prior to surgery, and 4 months after. Both places worked my 59 year old body too hard and caused more pain, even flaring up my low back in the process, or just failed to get the results I needed. Hunter Knight is in a league of her own. She is the owner of this privately owned clinic, something I did not even know existed. She is totally gifted, professional, and a wonderful human being. I looked forward to walking into her clinic, each time! Not only did I regain my health under her care, but I learned SO much from her about the science of pain and the human body! And I cannot fail to mention the hot stone massage she performed on my knee each visit that was SO soothing. Man, I looked forward to that! Under her care, I began to experience new strength and improvement within only 2-3 weeks! That was all the encouragement I needed to stay committed to the simple home exercises program she gave me, and keep showing up for all my appointments. Now only 6-7 weeks in, I am ready to graduate and have already begun enjoying my long walks in the park again this past week! I could not be more grateful to Hunter, and all of her wonderful staff. To think I almost gave up on physical therapy! Don't give up! Omni Physical Therapy will help you get your life back!

CONGRATULATIONS, YOU FOUND IT! OMNI. Possibly the last place for Physical Therapy in Metro St. Louis not owned by a huge corporation, determined to maximize your expenses and their profits. How many times have you had your therapy from a Physical Therapy Assistant, juggling multiple patients, while the "supervising" Physical Therapist is otherwise engaged across the room? OMNI is different, unique. One location only, conveniently located on Manchester Road near I-270. Possibly, you can find a big box physical therapy chain located closer to you, that offers heat packs, TENS, gym equipment and exercise training. But, OMNI offers all that and more. Personalized care. ONE-ON-ONE THERAPY. MEDICAL MASSAGES. FULL-HOUR APPOINTMENTS. Yes, I'm a fan. (And, didn't know any of the folks at OMNI before I found them online.) Dare to compare.

I highly recommend Omni Physical Therapy. They really care about their patients and their physical improvement. They have a wonderful caring staff and excellent facilities including 3 private rooms plus a large room full of exercise equipment. They completely relieved my foot pain. They have a really convenient location at Manchester and I-270, easy to get to from any direction. I would come to them again if I ever needed physical therapy.- - - Tom

Omni is an amazing clinic. You get personalized one-on-one care from the minute you walk in the door. The clinic is smoothly operated. and Angie and Hunter are skilled physical therapists who treat you as an individual. The free gourmet coffee's and top of the line equipment just add to the feeling like you are in great hands. They use research based treatments, and are great about educating you about your condition- they will bring out models and diagrams to make sure you understand what is going on and what you should do to get better! There are private rooms available with relaxing music playing and waterfalls, making it almost seem spa-like for your individual treatment. They offer a gym program and have a masseuse and personal trainer available, too. I loved my experience there, and would recommend them to anyone.

Omni Physical Therapy is unlike any other business. We are a family here at OMNI. I have had the pleasure of working for this company and the owners are absolutely amazing, caring, and genuine individuals. They are here for each and every person that walks in the door. They even helped me obtain my personal training certification. After my last job experience, I thought I WOULD NEVER work for a small business again until I found OMNI. This is definitely a company that you have to come and experience for yourself!! They offer ONE ON ONE care for patients and all of the staff specialize in manual therapy. They offer personal training as well as manual massage therapy. All of this is offered at the lowest rate in STL. They give out gifts when you become a patient and then when you meet your goals, you get a free t-shirt!! They also offer wine and chocolate with their massage sessions. They dress up and provide food on holidays/special occasions. Please stop by or call! You won't regret it!

I really can't say enough good things about Omni. I went there with lower back pain and 4 weeks later I feel amazingly better. My PT, Hunter, was incredibly knowledgeable about my issue and extremely professional. She gave me just the right amount of stretches and exercises to help treat me in a reasonable amount of time. The entire office staff was friendly and helpful. Finally, the price for service was very reasonable. I highly recommend getting your PT needs treated here.

I have been going to Omni PT for several months for various joint issues. They are hands down the best I have ever been to. After years of back and shoulder pain and no success, I gave OPT a try as a last resort. They are professional yet personable, extremely knowledgeable and get the job done. They think outside the box and take a comprehensive approach to care. When I am finished with therapy, I will continue going under the wellness package they offer for personal training and massage. adore Omni Physical Therapy. I have come to them several times for my neck, low back and foot issues and always had the best care possible. My sons have had several injuries requiring weeks of rehab and again Omni was the only place I would ever trust. I had been to another center before and only received adjustments for my neck and was never able to feel better. I switched to Omni and they not only did adjustments but massage to get rid of all the knots and pressure points, tens stimulation to increase healing, and exercises to strengthen and keep everything in place. All the therapists were always talking to me and asking me what was feeling better, what worked, what needed adjusting and never rushed me. And most of all, they have a personal touch. They care for their patients all around well being. Hunter, Dawn and all of the office staff absolutely rock!!!
