The Pt I saw was ok, but the lady at the desk was super rude. She literally told me my injury wasn’t important enough to get in again...despite my ortho doctors writing “3 times a week for 3 weeks” She said asking to come in 3 times a week was too much to ask for and that they have worse cases than mine to work with

There are only two physical therapists that actually work here. The rest are PT assistants. They make appointments with the PTA's. They overbook. My second day there I was there for over an hour working on my own before a PTA acknowledged I was there. I tried to talk with her but was ignored. She and another PTA were holding on to an elderly woman who was trying to walk. I understand it was not her fault. They need much better management and booking skills. That was my last appointment. I will not be going back.

I've been to other Physical Therapy offices and none of them compare with Elite Physical Therapy of Saint Louis. Katy and all of the very kind folks at Elite really do care about you and do their very best to work with you to help you feel better. I would highly suggest going to Elite for help. Wonderful and knowledgeable people and them really caring about you adds up to a great place to go for help.
