I went to Elite Physical Therapy before and after surgery. I had a torn rotator and torn labrum plus 12 breaks in my ribs. Ashley eased me into therapy like a mother hen, knowing i was in some pain. I was under her care for months to come. She turned, twisted, messaged and stretched me. She knew exactly what to do and when to do it. I worked hard because she inspired me too. She is an amazing therapist and an even better person. This will give you some idea of what i think of Ashley and Elite therapy, i live in Wildwood and if i need therapy again i will drive to Ofallon, where i know i will get the best care.

Ashley is the BEST!!!!!! My daughter is a Competitive Dancer and Member of her High School dance team. She has suffered many injuries along the way. She was first treated by Ashley at 9 years old. At that time it looked as if her future as a dancer was in serious question due to her injuries. Under Ashley’s care she not only healed, but thrived!!! More injuries followed, but under Ashley’s care my daughter learned to better protect and strengthen her body. My daughter has gone on to win both a State Championship, a National Championship, and numerous Solo and group awards. She just recently received a Dance Scholarship to AMDA and will attend the NYC campus this fall them go on to study at their LA campus. Ashley has been with her every step of the way, even attending competitions to cheer her on, and coming short notice to stretch her before a major event. Encouraging, compassionate, understanding, and motivating are just some of Ashley’s amazing gifts. We are beyond blessed to have been in her care❤️

Ashley, Just wanted to say thanks again for the help of Elite Physical Therapy after I experienced back pain. You have my recommendation. Special, special thanks to Kinsey Shouse, DPT. When I first started I couldn't even move around on the PT table without pain. Now, I'm pain free. She has given me some additional exercises; in addition, to the ones I'm already doing. I couldn't have done it without her expertise, encouragement, sense of humor and kind touch. Also, I want to add how much I enjoyed PT Tech Emily's smiling face and her assistance in my exercises....plus, Emily knew I liked two pillows!

I would highly recommend Ashley and the rest of the team at Elite physical therapy for any physical therapy needs. I have seen Ashley for therapy for both knee and shoulder surgery and as a minor league hockey player I wouldn't trust my rehab with anybody else. Not only did she get me back on the ice quickly but stronger than ever. She takes time and genuinely cares about each of her patients. Although physical therapy can be a long, tough process Ashley makes it as painless as possible while providing a friendly, positive and an energetic environment. I can't thank Ashley enough for all her help and once you are a patient of hers you will feel like part of the Elite PT family.

As an avid golfer, I needed help to getting back to form after severely breaking my humorous bone. My doctor said that it would be one year before I would be able to golf again and he sent me to have physical therapy. I looked around and decided on Elite Physical Therapy on Winghaven Blvd. This turned out to be the best decision that I could have made! Ashley and Kinsey, with their caring personalities, got me into shape in just a few weeks of their treatments. Achilles tendon surgery. Doc tells me it will be months before I can function at a normal level. Ashley, Kelsey, Kinsey, Addie, Courtney and the rest of the staff at Elite, THANK YOU! After a short period of time (weeks, not months) they had me functioning at a normal level and improving daily. Wish I had better insurance coverage to attend more regularly. I truly believe my recovery was shortened due to their attention to detail and their caring about the patients well being not the time clock. Your all the greatest!!! :-)

Ashly and staff (Kelsey and Kensy) (I hope the spelling is correct) have treated me for a total knee replacement, where I found Ashley and staff very professional and kowledgeable. Ashely’s treatment and the exercises that she suggested that I do at home in between the on-location therapy helped me to be “back on the road” in less time that I had hoped. I have been going to Elite PT for my frozen shoulder, torn rotator cuff and subsequent scar tissue for about a year. I could barely lift my arm a year ago and today I am almost back to 100%. Frozen shoulder can take years to recover from so I consider this great progress! They are top notch. Ashley and Kinsey know their stuff and their entire staff is not only professional but fun, kind and caring! When you go to Elite you go for physical therapy but end up getting so much more! St. Charles County, you are so lucky and I'm so sad! Ashley recently has realized her dream and opened her own location. I've been seeing Ashley off on on for the past 5 or 6 years. I was one of the original patients when Scott opened the Ellisville location. I reluctantly, moved to Ashley as my Physical therapist as the location became busier and Scott had more demands put on him. Couldn't have worked out better. Nothing against Scott, he knows what and is great at what he is doing. I've worked with Ashley as my therapist about 4 different times for various issues. Ashley had a different approach and manner about her that put me at ease. Her always positive attitude and bubbly personality combined with her skills and knowledge made coming for visits fun as well as therapeutic. Her style puts you at ease and before you know it she has you doing things (and healing) that you didn't think might be done again. She has eyes in the back of her head! Even when she is not working directly with you, as you are warming up or doing your exercises, she is watching you; asking you to do this or try that, checking your technique, making comments about more reps or weight. You are really never out of her care. I will miss her when I need to go back (hopefully not too soon, but eventually I imagine) and visit Scott and my friends at Elite. Heck, I might even drive out to Winghaven. That's how good she is and how lucky you are to have her.
