I was called today about missing a 9 am appointment when we agreed on a 10am appointment. Then I was told to get there as fast as I could. When I arrived at 9:30am the worker at the front said “I must have already been on my way up here.” Acted as if I made the mistake, did not apologize for the mix up and then told me I had to pay $100 co pay to get therapy on runners knee that I don’t even think I have...my knee hurts after lifting heavy objects... at this point I just left.

I spent about 4 months at Cora physical therapy in Ballwin MO. I had a knee replacement on June 26. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by friendly faces. I was lucky enough to be assigned to Jodi. She worked hard to get me back in shape always coming up with new exercises to do, Sometimes I didn't like her for that but I did them anyway. I never thought I was going be discharged but she Did it. I visited another therapy facility 9 years ago for my other knee, but Cora facility did a much better job. I Miss coming into see Jodi and the other staff members. I HIGHLY recommend CORA Physical Therapy for anyone who is lookin g for a place to go for therapy. I give them 5/5 stars. Jodi gets 10 stars.

A fantastic group of Therapists, Techs and Staff. Jessica, Ryan and Scott have treated our Family over the last few years for a variety of needs. (Including Vertigo) They are always sure to take your individual needs and concerns into consideration when working through your treatment plan. Highly recommended.

I am happy when I go to physical therapy at Elite in Ballwin. I am greeted warmly when I walk in the front door. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Currently I am working with Alison. She is caring,innovative and a good listener. Her love for her work and her patients is obvious. Alison has a great deal of experience and knowledge to make things happen so that I feel better. My sessions with three physical therapists,including Ryan,have been excellent. I cannot imagine going anywhere else for therapy.

I had a great experience here! Friendly, welcoming staff, great therapists - especially Jessica Boyer! Jessica took me through a variety of exercises and stretching over many weeks, and provided exercises to do regularly at home. And they worked! I'm back to complete health and couldn't be happier or more grateful to Jessica and the staff. Highly recommend!

Jodi was my physical therapist here and ben was her assistant. I came here after a car accident and my back was super tight and i had issues standing at work. I went here for a few months and feel much better, i keep forgetting to write up a review but the staff there is awesome. Everyone that works there is friendly after a while of going there everyone just knows you by your name even if they arent the ones primarily helping you. Overall awesome experience, back feels much better. Thank you jodi and ben
