I have had occasion to use several different PT groups in the Jackson area, and The Strength Center is the only one I will recommend to others. I have used their services on several occasions and have always been impressed and grateful for not only their knowledge and experience, but the way they have always applied this to my needs, working with me to adapt my therapy to my daily needs and actions/movements. It's easy to perform "cookie cuter" therapy, one size fits all, but it takes professionals dedicated to the needs of the client to get them back to a higher level of pain free function. This is the BEST place to go if you have any injuries, I teach aerobics and have been for over 20years and Mark Ware and Angela are SO knowledgeable. For example, they will examine you and let you know issues BEFORE you even have to go to a doctor to get an x-ray!!!! There has been times where they will evaluate you by doing an examination and know EXACTLY what's going on and my issue, give me specifics to do at home and be better just by doing therapy exercises!! All this to say I highly recommend going here before you go to any surgeon!!! My go to as soon as I have any issues flaring up!!!! Thank you Mark and Angela y'all truly are THE BEST!!!

The atmosphere is up beat. I am never neglected. Mark and his staff are more about healing and care than just moving me from station to station. I highly recommend them, I have heard war stories after surgery and because of them I have full movement and no pain after a shoulder, elbow and wrist surgery. They have a very high standard they live by and I will never recommend anywhere else. THANK YOU for all y'all have done for me.
