If you are dealing with an injury or pain I would recommend giving OSI a try, I went there with a significant amount of pain and discomfort when I competed my lower back rehabilitation I had regained my strength and mobility doing exercises that I could perform at home or with minimal equipment.

The physical therapist at the Forest lake location are awesome. They are very knowledgeable. The treatment they provide is for a quicker recovery while keeping in mind personal ability and pain tolerance.they actually listen to you and modify therapy to keep you comfortable without creating more discomfort or pain and still getting great results. Their goal is to have you feeling as good as new if not better than new. I would recommend this location to anyone that needs physical therapy.

Terrible customer service. I cancelled my appt. aporox 1 1/2hours before my appt. time to be considerate because I was not positive I would be able to make it in time. They were able to re book my time for someone else. When I called back to say I could make it I was told the time was no longer availabe as it was rebooked. I'm completely fine with that except for the fact that they still charged me the late cancelation fee when they were able to rebook it. Totally understandable if it was not rebooked, but not since it was. I tried reasoning with them with no luck. Will never go back.

The first time i walked in , i was instantly greeted n spoke to by name thereafter. That indicated to me that they want to remember their patients names. They adequately and patiently guided me through the check in , then nicely welcomed me to have a seat. They asked me a general question , that made me feel they enjoyed being genuinely personable and actually cared about thier patients. The therapists have been excellant in explaining the process of treatment and kept very nice personable , yet professional conversation with me. My treatment is not yet finished and my progress has been adequate to the diagnosis given. I would reccomend OSI anyday in all categories of personalism , professionalism and therapeutically to an individual in need of PT !

I tore my MCL in January and was referred here by my primary doctor. By the first session, Derek assessed me and we worked together to create a treatment plan that was based on my lifestyle and the high level of physical activity I hoped to return to. Needless to say, everything went great, and I was provided the physical therapy I needed to get back to where I wanted to be. My treatment was always made about me and what I wanted, which I really appreciated. OSI Physical Therapy was outstanding!

I am a client of OSI in Forest Lake for the 2nd time. I am currently recovering from a second total knee replacement, and couldn’t recommend these folks any higher. Everyone is friendly and helpful from the receptionist to the therapists. Each time I’ve used their services, my recovery has gone smoothly and efficiently. Movement has improved and pain has lessened. There are other places I could have gone, but I returned to OSI for the good people and desired results.

I suffered for two months with leg pain. It was improving but progress was glacially slow. I mentioned this to my PC Physician and he recommended that I go to a PT clinic. I was skeptical of this based on past unsuccessful treatments for other ailments but I tried to keep an open mind and follow recommendations. After a week of doing the prescribed exercises there was a dramatic improvement in strength, mobility, and lessening of discomfort. After my third session at OSI I felt that I was back to the level I was before my difficulties started. The therapists at OSI clearly understood my problem and gave me appropriate treatment activities. I would highly recommend OSI as a high class PT clinic.
