Four weeks ago my back was so bad I couldn't sleep, sit for more than a minute or walk without stooping. Today, I walked out of my last session totally pain free and able to engage in any activity I choose. I am 23w pregnant and I had a constant low back/butt pain for 48 hours with no work around. The pain was so bad i could hardly sleep. Cameron got me in the same day I called and really took the time to figure out what the issue was and customize a treatment plan for me. My constant pain dissipated just 12 hours later. Very excited to continue my treatment, i was not expecting results so soon! The office is very clean and the staff is all very friendly and compassionate. I highly recommend.

Jessica Remsing, PT, DPT, CAFS is a top notch physical therapist. I had complete knee replacement four months ago today and have been running laps with my sports class kids with very little pain. I’m amazed at how quickly Jessica got me into shape for coaching 3-400 children per week. I’ve been dealing with lower back issues for over 10 years and I can honestly say I’m completely pain free now. I’ve tried everything short of a risky surgery. Chiropractors, pain medication, steroid injection etc. and all these methods provided temporary relief. My experience at Plymouth was nothing short of incredible. Nicole and staff continually impressed me. They worked with me hands on and provided a custom tailored plan for my situation. Nicole was very knowledgeable and had a way of pushing you without making you uncomfortable. Bottom line they know what they’re doing and will definitely fix you up if you work the program as instructed. I should also add that they were able to accommodate my crazy schedule with sessions at 6am. They are dedicated to help you so don’t hesitate to give them a shot.
