Extremely happy with my experience with Stacey. I was unsure at first about not going to a big hospital for care - but I was so wrong. Stacey specialized in everything to do with my pelvic condition and was able to treat all of my current issues, as well as diagnose a few my previous doctors had missed. She was kind and reassuring and helped me stay on track with my progress. Due to her help, I am able to do everything I did before my condition started. I can't thank her enough.

Working with Stacey has been the best experience. After my second pregnancy I had a 5+ finger separation in my abdominals with no ability to engage any of the muscles in my core. Other healthcare professionals told me I would need surgery to repair my diastasis. I began working with Stacey three weeks after birth and by 8 weeks I had closed the separation completely and my core is almost stronger now (ten weeks postpartum) than it has ever been. Stacey was so positive with her mindset and approach to helping me, which was an important part of the journey. When I went to see her for my first consult I was expecting her to tell me she agreed I needed surgery but she was so optimistic that she could help - it changed my outlook on the scenario and gave me hope. Stacey gave me a program I could complete at home and was always available to answer my questions. I have complete control over my core, no "mom belly" or pelvic floor issues - I am the biggest advocate for ALL postpartum moms seeing a PT like Stacey after birth. I will see her again when I am pregnant to make sure she can help my maintain my strength in the proper way and of course after my next birth. Stacey is the BEST at what she does, I cannot say enough about how much she was able to help me!!!

Stacey is wonderful. I had initially gotten her name from my sister, who had gone to Beaumont for physical therapy to treat her vaginismus/ vaginal pain and spasms. Being someone who is rarely happy with doctors, I was surprised to hear her rave about Stacey, who gave my sister techniques and strategies to manage her pain that have stayed with her for the past six years. She encouraged me to see Stacey to treat my own pelvic pain and overactive bladder, and she did not disappoint. Stacey is patient, kind, and interactive. By nature, pelvic floor PT can seem daunting and at times feel invasive, but Stacey made me feel instantly at ease and answered any and all questions I had for her. Her approach is holistic and collaborative, and she created at an at-home regime that was realistic for my level of pain and fatigue. After two years of suffering, I have been pain-free since I finished my PT, with tools to help me manage my pain for the rest of my life. I would encourage anyone struggling with pelvic floor dysfunction to see Stacey.
