Great experiences with John (getting my back pain under control) and with Mike (rehabilitating my neck) this past year. Both therapists really took the time to understand my issues, craft a plan of attack, and arm me with exercises, advice and guidance I could fully understand and take home as part of the therapy experience to help me get back to doing the things I need and want to do. Thanks to John I was able to motorcycle across country with minimal back pain. Thanks to Mike I was able to continue playing bass guitar for two bands, through a neck injury safely, and now experience no more pain. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.

I don’t recommend this practice for pediatric physical therapy. On top of being late for every sesssion, the therapist did not familiarize herself with my son’s diagnoses and told me it would be hard to get insurance coverage because “he doesn’t have a disability”. Well, his neurologist and pediatrician disagree. The office staff was very nice, but our therapy experience was terrible.

I went to Physicsl Therapy at the Libby Lane Norfolk , Ma. Facility. I’ve been there twice before and my husband has been there. We were very happy there. When I needed therapy again for yet another problem I went right back there. Now there is new staff from the last time I went. Karen at the desk was very accommodating with setting up my appointments and very friendly. My new therapist was Stephen, he was awesome. I’d recommend this facility highly.

The care from the moment you arrive at the front desk all the way through your PT treatment. Everything and everyone is hands on. Also everyone and everything is explained to you every step of the way. Also your care and safety is comes first. In the way that every part of your treatment is done correctly and with great expertise, care and always letting you know what is happening, how you feel about or how it is affecting you. Patients coming to Rehab need a lot of tender, loving,care when they arrive, in addition to the prescribed strength building. Also, people are all ages and it is essential to consider the age of each person needing therapy. This is always accomplished by this group which makes the treatment easier for each patient. The group always sets goals for each patient. In that way, treatment is administered, watched, corrected and followed carefully by each therapist, who then sends home a personally developed, prescribed plan for home execution. I recommend Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab, Inc. to all those who need assistance.

I have gone to PT and Sports Rehab on and off for various injuries for just about 10 years. There is no place I would rather go for physical therapy .The staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable and really take the time to get to know not only your injury, but also you as a person. I have worked with Michelle, Deb and John for multiple injuries and Mike with my most recent knee injury and they are all fantastic and I would highly recommend all of them to anyone looking for a PT. The client managers are all so helpful and are willing to work with your schedule to find appointments that work for you. PT and Sports Rehab is the best place for PT and will make your rehab the best experience possible!

I highly recommend PTSR. I've had PT for a hip replacement twice and been extremely satisfied with the level of knowledge of the staff and services I've received. The front staff is welcoming. It's a comfortable atmosphere where everyone is focused on doing all they can to support recovery.

Debbie in the office is fantastic!! Goes out of her way to help with insurance issues and always very friendly. Anytime I’ve had to have PT I’ve chosen to come here. This time my therapist was Carrie. She did a thorough exam my first day and I started treatment that same day. She was always willing to explain what was going on with my foot in layman’s terms so I understood. She helped me so much with my problem and also something that had been going on for years with my foot. She’s the best!
