I just want to take a minute to share this experience I have had here. Kyle is the best pt therapist I have ever had. He takes the time to work with you one on one. He never rushes you and treats you like a person. This isn’t just about a quick appt and off you go. I have been seeing him for about a year or year 1/2. I only get stronger every time we work on my issue. I know that the next journey for me with my knee will be the best recovery. If you need a pt kyle at personal best Norfolk is your guy.

I would like to thank Kyle and the entire staff for the great experience I had at Personal Best. They were very professional, caring, and encouraging. I had two knee surgeries within 8 mos. I went to them after having a slow recovery from my first surgery. Kyle was able to alleviate the pain and build up the strength in my knee, however, he and Emily recognized that I was not progressing as I should. They suggested I go back to see a doctor. They were spot on as there was a complication that required another surgery. After the second surgery, I knew exactly where I was going for my P.T. I’m happy to say, that thanks to Personal Best, I’ve regained my strength and full range of motion. I'm ready to go back to the gym. I had such an incredible experience that I highly recommend Personal Best Physical Therapy of Norfolk.

What an amazing group of therapists! I had 2 shoulder surgeries in less than a year. Kyle was so knowledgeable in the treatment of shoulder pain and my recovery. They treat you like family which made having to go through physical therapy that much easier.

Fractured a vertebrae in a fall, and was basically incapacitated for two plus months. Doctor finally allowed me to get PT, but I didn’t know what to expect. I certainly did NOT expect to feel so….pampered! Kyle makes you feel like you’re at a personal spa – you get him all to yourself, no interruptions for the entire appointment, which for a grouchy old lady is fantastic! Not only does Kyle have an obvious love of his work, you get the sense he knows literally every muscle, tendon and ligament of the human anatomy. Impressive. Plus he’s funny as hell! 100% recommend!
