I have had a great experience at Performance PT in Attleboro and highly recommend it! Although I knew I needed PT due to an injury and chronic issues I was somewhat skeptical of the results I could achieve. I received an initial evaluation and Dr. Ben put together a plan for me that got me back on my feet. I continue to work with the team at Performance PT and have seen huge improvements. Highly Recommended!!
Having been an athlete my whole life, I've received PT from many different places, including in college as a D1 athlete, but Performance is the best! The entire staff is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming, and I've progressed much over my time here. I have had treatments with both Lauren and Ben, and both were extremely helpful and caring, and I would recommend both to anyone. I have personally recommended Performance to all of my teammates, and would certainly recommend it to anyone else.
Everyone here is amazing from the front desk people to the therapists! The therapist I had really helped with my tmj. I would reccomend this place to all my friends and family.
Wonderful practice! Lauren and her team are so accomodating, knowlegable and effective! Its a friendly atmosphere with up to date modalities to get you better!
As someone who has been in and out of physical therapy for years, this office is by far the best. The staff are warm and welcoming - always greeting me with a smile no matter how early in the morning. I’m often asked how I’m feeling and how I feel the exercises and various forms of treatment are working for me not only at the beginning of every session, but throughout as well. I have had a lovely experience at Performance Physical Therapy in Attleboro and highly recommend this office!
After going someplace else for 4 weeks (3x/wk) and seeing no results, my orthopedic doctor suggested I see Lauren at Performance PT. After my initial visit, Lauren agreed with my doctor that PT 3x a week was too much. We dropped it down to 2. The exercises were varied week to week, which kept things fun and interesting. I began experiencing positive results almost immediately. They worked with me, adjusting as I progressed. I don’t like being in pain, but I know where to go if I am!
The clinic does great work.
As a runner, I have needed physical therapy for multiple issues. DPT Lauren Bachand and everyone at Performance are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I have had amazing results and am so glad to have them as part of my care team!
The entire staff welcomes you from the beginning to the end of every visit at Performance Physical Therapy & Sports Training in Attleboro, especially Ben, who has helped me work through my back issues. Even after all my sessions were done, he would occasionally check in to see how I’m doing. Ben and Lauren have provided me with the appropriate exercises to help restore my back. This really is a top-notch facility with people who have nothing but the best intentions for you. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
Have worked with other physical therapists in the past, but this will be the only office we go to in the future! Great personal attention from everyone - and they really care about your progress. Choose PPT if/when you need them - you won't be sorry. Mark and Diane
No one wants to go to Physical Therapy, and that included me, despite the fact that I am an OT, and fully understand the need for it. I was in a car accident and after a few days knew that I needed PT. But I didn't know where to go. I did what everyone else does, and I asked people and I researched. I tried one local clinic, but from the minute I walked in the door for the evaluation to the minute I left I just didn't feel comfortable or confident in the clinicians or the clinic. Luckily, I remembered that a co-worker had recently told me she went to a local PT place and was very happy with the results. She mentioned that her therapist did a relatively new technique called dry needling. I texted my co-worker and she recommended Lauren at Performance PT in Attleboro. I called and left a message. The office called me back within 15 minutes and got me in for an evaluation with Lauren that same day!!!! From the moment I talked to Lori on the phone, to this very minute I knew I was in the right place!!! ALL of the staff at Performance PT is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I felt comfortable the minute I walked in! The clinic is bright and cheery, and all of the staff are friendly and genuinely concerned about their patients getting better. When Lauren started her very comprehensive evaluation on my, I knew that she knew her stuff. I had multiple issues due to the car accident, and Lauren worked tirelessly with me to determine the best course of treatment. They do have multiple patients in the clinic at the same time, but the staff of PTs and Sarah the exercise specialist all work together seamlessly to give very individualized attention. I never felt rushed or ignored. I have made great gains with mobility, pain and function. The staff has worked with me to develop treatment plans and home exercise plans that worked best for me. I even went for some aquatic PT at their Pawtucket location. The therapists here keep up to date on new techniques and are constantly expanding their knowledge base. In addition to that, they text you with appointment reminders, they have early morning and PM appointments, and they can even give you home exercises that you can access from an app on your phone!!!! I would recommend Lauren and the rest of the staff here to anyone who needs PT. And no, I wasn't paid or coerced to write this glowing review. After a bad experience somewhere else, and being in the field, I just know a great PT and a great clinic when I see it :-)
This place is amazing!!! From the moment you enter the office you are greeted by the nicest staff. The facility is spotless. Dr. Lauren Bachand is professional, knowledgeable and truly cares about the patient. She knows how to get the best out of you and makes you actually enjoy working! I was in such pain with plantar fasciitis and am happy to say I feel great and use what I learned. My daughter has been going due to a concussion. The different techniques that Lauren used has made a huge difference and her pain and headaches are pretty much gone. I wish I could give them 10 stars and highly recommend Lauren and her staff to anyone needing PT.
The staff (Lauren, Jared, Ben and Reid) is the best! Have never been for PT before but definitely would come back if I ever needed to. Will recommend to family and friends.
The entire staff made the experience here amazing. They were great with my younger daughter (10) throughout her PT. I highly recommend!
I had a wonderful experience here at performance pt. My physical therapist took the time to know me and understand my body. If something didn't seem like it was working she explored new ways until I was on the road to success. The front office staff are the nicest people you will meet! Always smiling, greeting you and checking in on you as a person and a patient! I traveled to see them weekly when I could have gone right to the performance pt in my town. Lauren made the trip totally worth it and I would even do it again!
I've battled a long term injury and I have been a patient of Lauren's since they moved to Attleboro. The staff is supportive and treats you like family who always puts 100% effort into helping anyway they can. You can put all your trust into this staff!
I had a wonderful experience. Lauren is a fabulous therapist. She is very knowledgeable, caring and attentive. The entire staff is warm, welcoming and fun. If you need Physical Therapy this is the place to go!
I would recommend to everyone! They made my pt fun while getting results!!
The is by far the best physical therapy I have had! All the staff are wonderful. I'm going to really miss them when I am better... Which is hapoehapp very fast!
I can't say enough great things about the staff at the New England Sports Village location. They are amazing with my 10 year old son and have also helped myself and my husband. They don't just worry about a quick fix but find the cause and work on fixing it for good. They have been great about teaching us all exercises and stretches to do at home and long term on our own. I highly recommend anyone with any physical aches/pains/issues to give them a try.
Best physical therapy by Lauren. She worked on me tirelessly the first time I was there. My pain level was off the charts. She did hands on therapy which took away the extreme pain. Every time I go I get exercises that help build up the strength in my leg and lower back. I would recommend Lauren or any other staff member at this location. Best experience ever.
I am encouraged to share with you my reason for posting this review. Last year while learning to run I experienced tightness in all major areas...hamstrings, hip flexors, quads and realized my glutes were/are weak. I worked with a physical trainer on warmups, strengthening and stretching techniques....all helpful. Then...I met Dr Lauren Bachand at a Physical Therapy workshop for runners that were having issues..my issues exactly. Her very kind and compassionate caring manner...its obvious that she enjoys helping others live the life they want. I committed to six sessions not really knowing what to expect. Each lesson was different...an hour of learning...strengthening the weak areas and stretching the tightness away. You will work hard for yourself...making everthing balance again. I’d leave each lesson feeling strong and flexible. I really do recommend Dr Bachands facilty...she gives so much of herself...wonderful to have met her! Christine
This is a convenient location for me and I was referred by my PCP, but I had doubts as it is part of chain/franchise (something like that), and I tend to avoid that when possible, especially with healthcare. I was pleasantly surprised by how homey the atmosphere is, from the reception desk to therapy and beyond. Availability for appointments is great, and everyone is lovely and super nice. Ben, Lauren, and Anthony are excellent in the care they provide and are good at pushing me while making sure I don't overdo it and keep my safety in mind as well as recovery. Lori and Natalie are so friendly and kind. I've had post-surgery physical therapy before and dreaded it (hard work!) but despite all the exertion here, I still enjoy coming in just to see everyone. If the location is good for you and your insurance accepts them, you should absolutely give the folks here a try. I think you'll be impressed, just as I was. Thanks team!
Both Ben and Lauren took the time at every visit to listen intently to how I was progressing since my last visit and introduced new exercises and techniques to accelerate or let up on treatment as needed. They put me on the path to recovery after 3 other Physical Therapists at another practice failed at the attempt. I am very grateful to have my routine back.
I needed paper work to get my mother's in laws in to see you people. Lori and Sammy got the paper set but also highlighted only the stuff we needed to fill out. They made it easier this way that we got it day before. So she didn't have to come in early next day to do it. Thankyou. Also Barbara appreciated it.
Great team, staff and best PT place I have been!
I wanted to share with everyone that there's a new place for P.T. It's in Attleboro, Ma. called Performance Physical Therapy. I'm fairly new to the place and was impressed the P.T.'s are all Doctors. I see Lauren, who is very friendly, supportive and understanding. I had back surgery and needed this level of care. They know exactly what they're doing, will not push you beyond your limits, and they'll give you all the right exercises for what your particular need is. So try them out. I think you'll be very pleased. Carolyn
Everyone has been so welcoming and really supportive of my care. They really have a genuine concern for their patients.
Ben was attentive, patient, responsive, and showed me new exercises that helped me. Highly recommended.
They did a great job working with my son and explaining everything so he can understand how to do the exercises at home.
really happy about how much i've improved from my acl repair :) #iloveperformancept
As an athlete, I've been through PT several times for a variety of issues and my experience at Performance PT in Attleboro has been my best to date! The entire team was friendly, attentive and super accommodating of my schedule. They were persistent through my inability to articulate where and when my pain was originating and continued to try new techniques until we found something that worked!
