I had an inferior experience with this facility. It struck me that it was more a "money venture" than a physical therapy facility. The therapists were adequate, but the time of visits was around 30 min and limited to three activities. Most importantly, into my 4th week after the total knee replacement, my services were suspended for the entire week because the facility received a response to their request from the doctor in a letter rather than their own form! My visit was canceled 20 min before my 3rd appointment; the suspension took place despite double insurance, the letter from the home therapists and the doctor orders. Such a practice is not acceptable; a 74-year-old woman, after TKR and barely walking should not be turned away by a bureaucratic issue! In a well-rated health facility a patient should come first!

I have gone to several different PT clinics over the past few years. For me, Joint Ventures has been the most effective. Each session is a blend of tissue manipulation of some sort combined with exercises and stretches to do at home. I had a hip issue that had plagued me for several years and caused constant pain with walking. It had been evaluated and only partially treated by many different practitioners. Between Andrew and Jason, they zeroed in on the problem area and provided therapy and a home routine that has virtually eliminated the problem. I will be eternally grateful to them!

What an immense blessing it was to have found Joint Ventures PT. I cannot say enough good things about their Wayland location. After having been hit by a drunk driver in college in October and spent 33 days in the hospital, I have worked with some of the best rated physical therapists in the Commonwealth. Jason Ortolano was the best of the 16 physical therapists I worked with by far. Jason was creative, bold, and resourceful in my treatment.
