I did not have a good experience at Greendale. I went for 2 months almost every week and when I was told I didn’t have to go anymore I still did not feel confident to go back to running. I would leave with bruises on my legs and in more pain than when I started. For a majority of the sessions I saw someone different and in between each session the therapist would start working on another patient so I would be with an assistant. Some of my questions were not completely answered. I felt that every time I went I was back to the beginning. Towards the end, I saw the same therapist, Jen, consistently and she did a good job and helped a lot but I wish it was like that from the beginning. Also, when I called to ask about how the insurance would work, I did not get a clear explanation and the lady on the phone was very rude.

I was recommended to come here for my back due to an injury and it been a few weeks since I've started and Vince, Ethan, and Jen have helped me so much getting better. I used to sit in a 3 hour class just wanting to leave due to the pain but now I cam sit through the day without having pain or discomfort. I fully recommend this physical therapy office for physical and mental recovery from injury and their friendly staff makes me and others feel saf and at home! I'm always happy to come back and better myself!

I have had the distinct privilege of using this practice for three separate seasons in the past year focused on pre-operative & post surgical care for two hip replacements. Each and every time I have experienced expert care. What I've come to appreciate about the entire staff is their ability to adjust treatment based on pain levels and physical limitations as my body steadily disintegrated approaching each of my operation dates. An extra benefit that is not guaranteed with every facility was the interpersonal connections that were made as we worked throughout my PT visits which made my experience all that more enjoyable and even looked forward to immensely. Discussing all sorts of topics and sharing personal stories as we exercised catapulted my care to another level, contributing to my feeling like a "family member" of the practice. This human touch is rare and can't be quantified in a business sense but makes a huge difference in choosing where to be treated.

Best PT experience I've had. The staff is professional, smart and love what they do. They really get to know you and it helps in how they personalize their treatment to your personality. They work as a team and in a mutually respectful and uplifting environment, such that you look forward to your visit. I've noticed a significant improvement since I started my physical therapy there and am grateful for their commitment to my well being. I'd most definitely recommend the Clinton Greendale Physical Therapy group!

After having my knee scoped for a meniscus tear I chose Clinton Greendale Pt for my rehab for its continence. After my initial visit I was very happy with my choice due to the staff. Everyone I delt with was Pleasant, Knowledgeable , and had my best interest in mind. Jennifer, Nick, Jennifer, John, and Donna are fantastic.
