I had my 1st encounter w/CPT earlier today for an ankle sprain- and couldn't have been more pleased! Jim Hosker took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on with my ankle, and what I could expect moving forward (much more than I got from my Dr.) He took the time to answer all my questions, and really made me feel like it was all about Me. I highly recommend this place!!!

Best PT experience I have ever had. After failing to improve when seeing other local Physical Therapists and being sick of being treated like a number and not a person - I received a recommendation to go see Dan. Dan has a 1:1 focus that sets him apart from other local alternatives. If you want a place that each therapist works on 2-3 patients at a time and doesn’t treat you like an individual, don’t go see Dan. If you’d rather have someone who is focused on you during your appointment, genuinely believes In the power of Physical Therapy, cares about your personal outcomes and truly customizes treatment based on your specific needs and not what some online database says - Dan is the best there is.

I am so excited to have found Dan at Connections PT (Merrimack/Amherst) to help with my shoulder pain, poor range of motion and consistent aching that I have felt often over the last four years. I had resigned myself to thinking that I would need to possibly see a surgeon as I wasn't getting better. After one visit with Dan, I had improved range of motion, a dramatic decrease in pain and left this visit knowing that we had a plan to help me move forward to work towards a much healthier and stronger shoulder. Dan is extremely knowledgeable about muscles and body mechanics, and this is making a big difference with my daily routines and exercises. I am confident that when the time comes that I graduate from PT, I will continue to use what he has taught me to live a comfortable and active lifestyle while not worrying about how my shoulder is going to feel later in the day. Dan is a top of the line PT. He has the attention to detail that most PTs lack. He has an amazing capability to find the root cause of my PIs or personal injuries. Dan is very thourough in his practice and gives you the whole hour of his undivided attention. My husband had a knee replacement, and was recommended by his therapist coming to the house to check out connections in Oxford . Well all I can say is this is by far the best place to have therapy.. But it's all because of Jim Hosker he is by far the best in the business .. He really cares about his patients and there overall well being .. I can't say enough good things about him .. we have had Physcial therapy in other places and always felt like there was 2 -3 patients being worked on at once , with Jim it's a one on one therapy .. we are grateful that we found connections and I've recommended it to all my family and friends .. When I arrived, I was in a lot of pain due to sciatica. Jim has been wonderful, informative and encouraging. He is very easy to communicate with and explains everything. I am comfortable with him which, being a woman, is important to me. Dan was the best physical therapist I have ever been to. I had a lot of residual pain and stiffness after breaking my ankle.. Dan worked with me and I am finally walking without pain and no limp. I also appreciated that it was 1on 1 care and I was not shifted between several physical therapists. I do think the continuity of care helped. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone who is in need of a physical therapist.
