Being in Boston only for the summer and haging recently undergone ACL surgery, I was a little worried about how effective my physical therapy will be in 2 months. However, coming to Bay State Dorchester my recovery has been phenomenal. My pt was the sweetest and most patient human to help with my recovery, especially with my interchanging schedule. Everyone from the receptionist, to other physical therapists were very nice and welcoming. It fcelt very homely In the 8 weeks, I was able to walk without a limp, run a little,as well as bearing weight. GOing back home, I know that I'm in better condition than when I left and I have Bay State to thank for that!

Awesome place to do physical therapy. Britney is the best that I've work with over the past year. She's polite and caring. I've also work with Micheal, his conversation are enlightening, never a dull moment. He alway say something that will have you thinking, I'll just leave it at that

I have been going to Bay State PT for a couple of years now, and everyone from my Primary (Linda Annan) to the front desk, are helpful, understanding and great to work with. I owe 85 percent of my recovery to the entire staff (Anna - love her!, Meghan - sweet as can be, PM/Weekend Matt - always makes me laugh and is a great listener,). They care about making you stronger and make you push yourself! I would NEVER hesitate to recommend this particular location. Thank you all!

This is by far one of the best physical therapy locations around the Boston area. Everyone here is involved with your therapy, not just your therapist. You will constantly here encouragement about your progress/ increase in motion/your drive to perform physical therapy exercises. On a personal level my therapist, Anna, has listened to my goals for my therapy, and explained when asked what the benefits/reason for each of the different exercises are. I have been coming to Baystate physical therapy, Dorchester for over 4 months, some pre surgery ( doctor didn't know seriousness of shoulder injury) mostly post surgery. My expectations were far exceeded with my recovery progress and without the level of service and care from everyone at Baystate physical therapy, Dorchester that would not have been possible. Thank you for your continued help and support: Anna Matt ( pt ) Megan Rose Matt ( intern ) and all the staff I appreciate all of your help.

I've been working with Anna at BSPT since last August 2018. When I first came I suffered from severe vertigo, neck, back, torn rotary cuff and ankle injuries from a MVA in June that year. I love that BSPT works with your appointment time frames to what suits you best. All staff are kind, friendly and genuine in their interacting with clients. I walked in not knowing if I would ever feel half as good as I did before the accident. I cannot express enough on the professionalism, competency and thorough care that I'm receiving with Anna from BSPT. She has definitely kept the smile on my face this past year. Although I have a little ways to go I am more than confident that I will recover 100% or at least close to it. Thank you Anna for your continued work and THANK YOU Bay State!

I had to go here to Bay State Physical Therapy after my hip replacents. Both hips. Great physical therapists. Friendly and outgoing. They won't over work you unless they know you can do it. They keep you motivated and will also give you exercises you can do at home.

Very bad Service , Trainer is billing more and not provided services to increase the billing on the insurance company and that is not fair , insurance companies need to take action on them 1. 10 persons for one hour class with one PT. 2. They add activities not done to increase the bill . 3.The info they provide during the 1st visit is not correct , they tell it is only $15 and the rest will be by the insurance . 4. They are put u in hurry ti sign papers with proper explanation to guide u to a trap !! I tried to call since 3 months no one response from the billing or even from the front desk office .
