The best place to go for physical therapy. I have needed P.T. several times over the years (from 2005 to the present), and their therapists have always been there for me. I recently had a problem with my neck and within five weeks of therapy it was resolved. I would highly recommend them.

I have been to All Access Physical Therapy for several rounds of treatment in the past 2-3 years. I had suffered several fractures and inflammations, each compounding my disability from the one before and each becoming an impediment to physical therapy for the rest. Still, my two thoughtful therapists at All Access found ways to give me strength and flexibility in one function without aggravating damage and pain in other areas. As a physician myself, I could appreciate how intricately knowledgeable my therapists were in their interventions and in making my plan for exercises at home.

If I could give him 10 stars I would do it. I was referred to Mark Powicki as "the best physical therapist in the area" when I moved to Shrewsbury, Massachusetts in 2015. In 2016 I underwent two very serious lower-spine procedures, and when it was time for physical therapy during my recovery I told my surgeon that I was not going to use the hospital's physical therapist, but was instead going to use Mark. Since he had heard great things about Mark he had no problem with my doing that. About a year after the surgery my upper spine began to curve and the surgeon said he might have to operate again. I told him I wanted to try Mark first, and in about three sessions Mark had me lying with my spine laid out on a half cylinder on the floor and doing a bunch of stretching exercises with a strong Thera-Band. I do it religiously every day and my back and posture have been great. He really is the best, and he is so unbelievably caring.

In 2002 at my wife's suggestion I joined a gym at the Old Shrewsbury Racket Ball Club and met Mark Powicki working out in the morning. We hit it off and he was helpful giving me tips on the equipment and how to do things correctly. In 2003 my wife Karen had a heart attack and did some of her rehabilitation at all-Access with Mark. In 2004 I had my knee replaced and went to Mark for my rehab. When All-Access moved and opened their own facility, I joined their gym. Since then I have had both my shoulders rebuilt and my "good knee" operated on as well as occasional "tune ups". Karen has also gone back to Mark for additional therapy. In 2016 our son rehabbed with them after ACL surgery. Mark and the All-Access team have become a part of our family and we trust them implicitly. We are able to maintain our lifestyle because of the care they have provided us. Mark is also one for the few people who can make me laugh while making me do things I really don't want to do. I have met and worked with many of the other team members at All-Access and you are in good hands with their team. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

After knee surgery I went to All-Access for physical therapy. My goals included the ability to normally walk up and down steps, regain flexibility, and regain strength in my leg. During my first visit Jill A prepared a therapy treatment plan. After the 4th week I was already using steps normally, I was also able to walk without limping. Sorry that I could only give 5 stars. All-Access PT deserves more. On a strong recommendation, I arranged for treatment of my left shoulder with Mark Powicki. For quite a while, I had been unable to raise my arm to shoulder level. I also could not easily roll over on the shoulder or push myself up. Mark knew what to do and went into action right away. After the first session, my shoulder's range of motion had increased substantially. After two or three weekly sessions (and homework exercises), I could comfortably use my arm without automatically wincing. Physical therapy may be somewhat "uncomfortable" at times, but, with care and attention I received at All-Access PT getting through those moments was not a big deal. If your physician recommends physical therapy, sign up at All-Access.

I came to All-Access in late September 2017 with an anxiety-producing neck strain injury. For the next six weeks Julia Salas, along with Melanie Kusik and Zach Knapp, worked to bring my neck back to natural function through hands-on therapy and by exercises I had to perform myself in the therapy room and at home. By November 8th I was ready to complete therapy sessions at All-Access and at Julia's guidance, I was prepared to keep doing exercises at home. My neck feels 90 to 95 per cent normal now, and when driving I can turn my head to the left against oncoming traffic without fear or real pain. Thank you!

My son started going to PT at All Access after a multi ligament knee injury. The entire staff at All Access has been extremely caring and helpful in setting up appointments that accomodate our needs. Steve and Julia helped transition him from post surgery with a lot of worries into the rehab phase with such ease. I love All Access so much. I have gone for ankle/foot issues and for knee problems. The people working here are the most amazingly kind and super wonderful. The exercises they have you do are very approachable and you can easily do them anywhere you go. I have some health issues that give me both good days and more often bad days. On the occasions that I was having a bad day my physical therapists would tailor my exercise plan for the day to help accommodate any additional pain I was feeling. Very thoughtful. If I have any more issues requiring physical therapy as a option to help alleviate it I would totally go here. Thank you for everything.
