I had 12 treatments for lower back pain and was under the care of DPTs Michael Robinson and Calvin Baxter. I was very pleased with the care that I received not only from Messrs. Robinson and Baxter but by the attending PT techs as well. What made for a pleasant and effective experience is the attention and "hands on" treatment I received from both the DPTs and the engagement of the techs. At other PT establishments the physical therapists simply watched me (somewhat) as I performed the designated exercises. True "hands on" treatment/back manipulation was lacking. What made the experience at White Oak PT different was that the personnel (DPTs and the techs) were much more engaged and went to the trouble to properly explain things, learn my name, and make the experience much more personalized. After having been treated at White Oak PT I can realize the difference between simply mediocre physical therapy where I was just another "somebody" and physical therapy where the staff seemed much more observant and committed to my well-being.

Great customer. Great people.

Great physical therapist and assistants. The entire staff is professional, attentive, kind and caring. The office is super clean. I witnessed on many occasions the pillow cases immediately changed as the beds are being disinfected. The PT is very knowledgeable, took his time to explain my issue and really target the affected area. He never made me feel like he was rushing and took the time to make sure I was comfortable. My sessions usually last a little over two hours. The assistants are very thorough and explain the exercises step by step. I highly recommend anyone in need of a physical therapist. They are on time and very nice. I am thankful as they have helped me restore my body.

Thank you so much white oak physical therapy staff, you all are great people. I was extremely happy with my care for severe low backpain. I would especially like to thank Dr Calvin Baxter, my physical therapist who gave me exceptionally excellent care He is very skilled and his performance is superior. He knows his anatomy and physiology very well. He is very personable, and worked hard to ensure my pain will be gone. After 4 txs my pain was gone. Dr Baxter you are the best. White Oak Physical Therapy is the greatest place to get therapy. They are hard working, very trustworthy with very friendly staff. The office environment is very clean and they explain your condition very well. They give the best customer care. Chaplain Mayarani Thorpe. October 18, 2018

You'll see a lot of 5-star reviews. There are good reasons -- they deserve them. This is the second time I have needed their services and they continue to deliver. Their facility is well equipped and well staffed. The staff are courteous, cheerful and accommodating. I have had a number of appointments with various related medical services, but none have shown me the personal attention that you will get at White Oak Physical Therapy. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

Recently I had suffered trauma to my lower back ,with shooting pain from hip down to the top of my foot. I have been to this facility in the past for issues with my neck and shoulder. I can report on my recent visit, that the results exceeded my expectations, as was the case before. The staff are professional, enthusiastic, focused, and explain in simple terms their approach to alleviating the pain with up to date procedures, combined with targeted exercises. There is a reason the facility was posted with an excellent rating. They earn it every day.

Leonard Simmons

I have had the needle therapy for my back several times. I was extremely happy with my care and the customer service. I would recommend this facility without hesitation.

Barbara Rosenblatt

The staff here is caring and professional. I am now walking without pain after two hip replacements.

I would give them zero stars if that were an option. I went here for one PT session and it was the most negative PT experience I’ve ever had. The therapist indicated he didn’t believe my meniscus was torn and it was only bruised. He then proceeded to over manipulated my knee. A comment was also made that was belittling to the nurse practitioner I had seen and who diagnosed the meniscal tear. I’m an RN and don’t take too kindly to others making negative remarks of others in my profession. The therapist was wrong with his assessment. In reality I had a significant tear and extrusion along with some other issues in the knee that require surgical intervention. The office staff made it seem like I was bothering them and consistently called me by only half of my last name despite multiple corrections that it is a hyphenated name and both should be used. They did not bill my insurance in a timely fashion resulting in my having to pay a large deductible for my MRI when in fact my deductible had been met with my payment to the facility. I called and asked that billing get in touch with me by the end of the day and submit the bill to my insurance so that my deductible can be refunded back to me (it’s been a month since I had the one session). They did not. And when I called back I was informed the person had left for the day and wouldn’t be in until afternoon tomorrow. When the billing manager called she was curt and rude indicating that they filed the claim within 30 days (and that’s only because I called to tell them). Apparently my bill got lost in the shuffle when transitioning between billers. To say I’m disappointed with the overall service would be an understatement. I’ve been through PT 8 previous times with other facilities for other injuries, prior to this one session here, and have never had such a negative experience.

I starting going WOPT when I had my ACL replaced 7 years ago. The therapists are very professional and they got me back to playing ice hockey 5 months after surgery! Since then, I've been a patient several more times for other sports-related injuries... each time feeling back to 100% health once I am discharged.

First time here and met with Dr Calvin Baxter, a therapist new to this office. He is extremely professional, but also shows a warmth and engagement that left me thinking I was his most important client of the day!

Great place with great therapists and techs! Nicholas Poulos was the physical therapist who assisted my family through various rehab sessions. He is a very caring, encouraging, and supportive therapist. He invests time and energy into each and every one of his patients and does his absolute best to make sure they get back to 100%! Strongly recommend White Oak Physical Therapy and working with him, you won't regret it!

My physical therapist is Nicholas P., post right knee debridement surgery. There were several times when post surgery pain and limitations got the best of me but my physical therapist was very understanding and knowledgeable on different routines to incorporate to help in my recovery and knee strengthening.

I was a first timer doing physical therapy and I can truly say that this was the best experience. The staff is friendly, comforting, and amazing. Everyone I’ve met on staff was so polite and kind I’d recommend this place to anyone who doing physical therapy. I’d come back here again if I ever need to.

I'm currently receiving treatment on my right hand after suffering a gruesome injury to it. The staff here are very knowledgeable and do fantastic work which has lead to positive results. Because this is a private/ non-franchised company, the treatment is personable and you're treated like more than just another customer. I am extremely pleased with the treatment I've been receiving and greatly look forward to attending my upcoming appointments.
