OMG OMG OMG!!!! Dr Suhaila saved my life. I was In Excruciating pain from an acute back spasm. Suhaila took me in on an emergency basis and with her expert knowledge, 30 minutes of stimulation and then ultrasound I can now walk and the pain has subsided. Thank you Thank you Thank you Suhaila. I can't say more wonderful things about PT and Sports Medicine.

This place is marvelous! Everyone in the office is helpful, kind, and there is a great family atmosphere. You know you're coming in and it's going to hurt, but Dr. Sahaila, Nina and Maria make it as painless as possible. I look forward to going to physically therapy!

I began treatment at PTSM Olney after I sustained a work related injury and was referred to this location for recovery. In the beginning, everything was fine, center looks brand new, clean and I surely enjoyed the heat therapy! However, after one too many uncomfortable interactions with the office staff, I refused to return to this center AGAIN! The customer service goes as far as my injured rotator cuff allows my arm. I actually had a receptionist lie to me about the repercussion of not making an appt and ended up getting charged $50! When I found out at my next appt I was baffled and so upset that I could not stay for the duration of my appt so I declined treatment with Nina for the day. Guess what? Another $50! It seems that this place is more concerned with taking advantage of individuals instead of providing the services they promise. My attempt to discuss the matter with the manager over the phone ended in an "I have a meeting" which I heard another staff member tell her to say in the background. She didn't call me back (as promised) and the office as a whole as avoided me. I was hung up on today! I don't write reviews for businesses but after this I figured the only thing I could do is exercise my freedom of speech on this public forum. I'll also include this experience in my private blog. I have no reason to fabricate or exaggerate so believe me or not, I feel I did the best thing I could by sharing.

I did not know what to expect when referred to you, Sohaila Mosaddegh, for therapy to help me cope with my vertigo. Now that I have been discharged, the home exercises are keeping me from becoming dizzy and I'm able to do my daily activities. Thank you and your staff for being thoughtful and very professional. This physical therapy clinic is awesome, the staff that works with us are so professional, courteous and friendly. They make us feel like we are a part of the family. I am glad that the help that they gave me was beneficial and the doctor feels that l can graduate now but l will certainly miss the staff. I feel very emotional and l intend to visit. If l must ever have to have PT again l would not hesitate to come again and recommend any friends.

I have been an athlete my entire life. I have been to many physical therapist over the years. This is by far the worst ever. I called and scheduled PT. When I arrived I was told I would be seen by OT. They called my Dr. Office to change the order not at my request. There were two people seeing me one with over 30 years of experience and the other 3 weeks out of school. Neither had a plan for me after rotator cuff surgery. Again they contacted my Dr. to ask what the proto call was for this surgery. Two days after my appointment I received a call from them and asked who my Dr. was. I said it was all on the referral from my Dr. that I gave them the day of my appointment. She explained it was with the OT person who wasn't there. Why would office staff not have access to records. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I had a zig zag tare of my left shoulder Rotator Cuff. (per MRI scan) It was very painful, I couldn't lift my arm above my chest and sleeping on my left side was impossible! The Dr. said I needed surgery but could try P.T. first to see if it would improve. I called Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Center Olney. Maria at the front desk was so nice on the phone and arranged an appointment that week. Sohaila my PT did a very thorough evaluation and started my therapy that day. Sohaila and her assistant Nina were always very positive and pushed me through the pain. After twice a week sessions for 6 weeks I regained almost all my strength and movement. I can even sleep on that side again. I would highly recommend this team to anyone!

I am stronger because of them. I came I tidally with a torn ankle tendons and can walk without a brace because of the retraining and strength building this wonderful staff have taught me. They are positive minded and I continue with them through my rehab after stem cell therapy in my knee. I am a nurse and I highly recomend them.

I was referred to Dr. Sohaila by a coworker who has seen dramatic improvement after a bad accident. I have been to other PT practices where I was just hooked to a machine and it was important to me to know how to relieve pain when I was at home or work. Dr. Sohaila was very methodical in her diagnosis and arrived at a regimen that I can sustain even after I am discharged. Her knowledge of the field and her passion for it are evident in her approach with each patient. I have had several sessions with dry needling as well that help the results last even longer. I like how she explains what each exercise targets and is designed to do instead of just giving me a print out to follow. She is very attentive to all patients even at times when the clinic is very busy. All of her staff, the PT Assistants and Monica, are extremely nice and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I have noticed great results within a few weeks of starting PT at the Olney location and recommend this clinic very highly.

I started in September 2015 and am loving the care I'm receiving. Coming to this clinic feels like visiting family. They are truly concerned about making you feel better. I have been a patient at the Olney facility for the last two years after three surgeries. I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent physical therapy provided by Dr. Soheila and Nina. They keep a strict eye on how the patients do the therapy and also make it fun at the same time. It is a very friendly atmosphere and all the staff there are very courteous and helpful. I actually look forward to going there twice a week. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The PT and PTA know what they are doing. . Small location but very knowledgeable and thorough about injuries. It is rosy getting an appointment which is a plus. I would highly recommend this location.
