REMARKABLE CLINIC!!!!! I am a returning patient who has been coming to Optimal Physical Therapy since 2016 for a couple of different issues. The therapists and staff have helped me rehab from a complicated knee surgery, off and on back pain, and continue to be incredibly effective and creative with their exercises. I always feel like I am in great hands and have fun at every session. It may sound strange, but I actually always look forward to physical therapy. Great team at Optimal! I wouldn't be where I am without them. I would refer a lot of people to come here. The whole staff is friendly! :) :) :) :)

I found Optimal when I needed a physical therapy program for my knee that was a TRICARE network provider. They started a program for me that provided notable relief within 3 visits and satisfactory improvement and function in 14 visits. Because of recent moves, I have been to a couple different physical therapy offices for a long standing injury and Hadassa and Paula are by far my favorite. They are very knowledgable and I feel like I am finally getting stronger and able to return to my normal activity. Optimal physical therapy is the best place to get your therapy for any kind, this includes neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain and more. I had two accidents and was taken good care from Paula, Hadassa and Ebony. My pain went away miraculously. My mother and I are so glad to meet those awesome therapists. I have been fortunate enough to be treated by both Hadassa and Paula, and despite wanting to give up along the way, they have encouraged me to continue pushing forward. I actually look forward to going to therapy now and would come here everyday if my insurance allowed it. I was originally sent here for a rotator cuff tear on my shoulder, but the therapists have been able to help me with other issues along the way. If you want a fast, speedy recovery. OPTR is the best in town. I had a sports accident last year tore my ACL never thought I would recover. The Physical Therapist, Paula and Hadassa are gods. I'm back playing the sports I love. If you ever have an injury this is the place!!

I’ve gone to many physical therapists over the years and have never experienced the kind of treatment offered by Hadassa, Paula and their team. Usually patients are stuck in a lonely treatment room, or in an impersonal gym space....Not at Optimal! When a patient arrives, you are greeted warmly....and welcomed as though you are family...because you are- not just with the therapists but the other patients as well. Before you know it you are pumping iron, and sweating over theraband repetitions while arguing over films, pop music, and how to raise your kids. It’s not uncommon to share a cake, brought by P and H, to celebrate a patient or intern’s birthday. And of course, these women know their stuff!

They conduct thorough assessments, ask the right questions, and develop treatment programs tailored to helping me achieve my goals. They also challenge me while providing encouragement. Based on my personal experience and what I have observed, Hadassa and Paula care about their clients. Physical therapy requires a personal commitment. You get out of it, what you put into it. Adhering to the treatment programs prescribed for me by Hadassa and Paula has enabled me to recover from one surgery and two separate back injuries, and fulfill my goal of resuming athletic activities. I have recommended OPTR to family members and friends who have benefitted from their care. Hopefully, I will not need PT in the future. However, if I do, I will return to OPTR for the quality treatment they provide.

I just started going here Monday, but I have never felt more welcomed somewhere after being there 3 times. I have been working with Paula and she is awesome. I’m writing this review for those who may need detailed info regarding the final payment for the first visit. Before I visited there, I asked them how much I am supposed to pay per visit. After they verified my insurance (BCBS), they said “You have a $500 deductible that has not been met, and your co-insurance is 20%. So typically, we collect $75 each visit until you meet the deductible, and then we will collect $20 after the deductible has been met.” So, I decided to go there, took the therapy, and paid $75 as expected. After a month, however, I got a bill showing a balance for the therapy which is $54.81 (the final payment: $129.81 with my insurance / it will be $239 without insurance for the first visit). What made me feel bad is that they didn’t explain what the final payment will be before I took the therapy. I saw a review on Yelp from another patient who had a similar experience. If I had read the review I wouldn’t have been there. I don’t think it was worth paying $130 for the therapy. I hope this review helps those who are not familiar with such a billing system like me.
