DUNKIRK LOCATION. I cannot say enough how great Dr Richard and his team are at Dunkirk KConway PT. I had a ski injury and was preparing for surgery as advised immediately after I fell. I went in for 4 months at 3x a week and Dr Richard and his team were equally committed to my most optimal outcome. We were doing "pre-habilitaion" so my surgery and rehab would have the best possible outcome. Well after 4 months I went to my surgeon to schedule the surgery. To my surgeons surprise I had healed so well (still don't have an ACL) that he advised me now not to have surgery despite his clear diagnosis previously that it would be required. I couldn't have had this outcome without the amazing program that I was treated by at KConway. I am onward to a strength trainer and will be skiing again this winter. Thank you Dr Richard!!!

My husband and I cannot speak highly enough of Kirk and his team. We've been seeing them on and off over the last couple of years/since we took a second home on the Chesapeake. What a find! Not only is K Conway PT a top notch facility, Kirk is an incredibly talented PT, the team is super talented and accommodating and every team member/bar none is great to work with. We have both had terrific results with back and joint issues and cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Beats anything we've experienced in PT care in DC and other cities.

Over the years, I have needed Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation for multiple orthopedic issues. For life’s breaks, strains, sprains, and surgical repairs of hips, shoulders, feet and knees, I have found K Conway PT to be top-notch. “Captain Kirk” and his staff are caring and dedicated professionals. To know how to motivate patients to work at healing and rehab is critical for PT professionals and their patients to be successful. Motivation is tricky, though. Inability to motivate patients to work can mean that the PT staff do not get patients to be vested in their healing and recovery. Equally difficult is overtaxing patients. Either approach can cause shutdowns. Kirk knows how hard to push, is superb at motivating people, and above all, is a very caring person. I am currently in recovery mode from a total knee replacement. While I am being challenged, I am not being over-faced with what is asked of me. Dr. Conway has a tremendous gift of knowing when to push and when to back off. I am very grateful for the progress I am making and for the guidance of Dr. Conway and his staff! KConway Physical Therapy was very helpful to me. Everyone was very pleasant and addressed you as soon as you walked in the door. I wasn't sure what to expect, especially finding out I had heel spurs in both feet and arthritis in my left knee. I could barely wall down the stairs or I would have to turn to the side do it. Larry was phenomenal working with me. He provided his knowledge and expertise and within a month, I was walking down the stairs like I used to. Thank you to everyone who helped me in anyway. You guys are the best.
