Great PT center. Not a quick in-and-out factory: knowledgeable staff spends real time working directly with me, monitors the exercises, and tries different therapies to find what works best. Results are excellent, admin stuff is never a hassle, and the physical layout is really good.

The quality of the staff is unsurpassed, with most of the therapists having doctorates in the field. They do your PT the way it is supposed to be done, looking at the whole person and with a very hands on approach. I have all to much experience with PT and I have never had better.

After rolling in complaining of neck, shoulder and back pain, these guys took care of me very well! The therapists are awesome, the place is always clean and the equipment is new. There's plenty of parking and, in case you get peckish while you're there, there's plenty of foods options around! Scheduling is pretty convenient, too. I work a nasty night shift but they're usually able to find me an appointment that works!

I did PT here after total knee replacement and I was very happy with the experience and the result. Front office staff is excellent and it's easy to make appointments. My sessions always started on time. The space is pleasant and clean and the equipment is modern. Best of all, the therapy staff is very hands-on and attentive and I felt that they tailored my therapy to my needs and ability. I would definitely recommend them.

The physical therapist, Amber is great! The scheduling is done wrong. I have been a client for over 2 months and when scheduling my therapy going forward, I was given times that were not doable for me. There is usually only 1 other client in the facility at any time so I was a bit taken back. I usually do my own rehabilitation, then the therapist spends 15 minutes or so stretching and analyzing my situation. When I brought all this up I was told too bad, the owner, who was in the facility, refused to speak with me about the matter. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will find another P/T to use.

I have been to PT and OT facilities for the past 17 years. The College Park PT and Hand Rehabilitation location at Riverdale is among the finest PT and OT facilities I have been to. They have only been at this location for 3 months but the owner has had another location for 15 years.I have been dealing with Amber. Amber is both a PT and OT therapist, and soon to be a CHT. Her knowledge and professionalism is second to none. The staff has been wonderful to deal with. As with any new business there will always be minor glitches but I am confident that they will be taken care of as they arise with the utmost professionalism.
