I am so happy that I discovered Kennebec P.T., a few years ago. I am an active middle aged (58 yrs old) woman who is now always dealing with injuries residue from the early days - and, some age related issues, as well. I find the degree of professionalism here (practiced by all) is excellent; the knowledge base they work with here is excellent; the degree of hospitality to which everyone here projects is excellent; and, each & every time I've brought my Doctor's P.T. prescription to them, their plan of action always produces better-than-expected results. I have been here twice for a wrist and back injury. I had already been to two other local physical therapists and neither of them hold a candle to kennebec physical therapy. Michele and the rest of the staff are top notch. You won't find a better place in central Maine for physical therapy.

I have been a longtime client of theirs. I have always liked them. unfortunately I was treated very badly recently. my general practitioner did a refferal a few weeks ago and I know it can take some time especially around holidays so it's been now too long. I just called only to find out they neglected to tell me or my doctor they are not accepting patients and don't even have staff that handles such things currently. I was quite rightfully upset since I'm desperate to get help walking etc. and was delayed weeks because of them. I just asked the one and only employee currently which is a physical therapist to submit feedback due to this problem and they refused said "good luck " and hung up on me. I'm disgusted. Cont: They just called me to harass me because I left this review!!!!!!!!! Instead of solving the issue!!!!!!!!!! I said how dare you, you could call me to solve the problem and act mature and adult instead the very first thing she said was a snarky remark thanking me for the review!!! $^&@*^ that! never ever going back till she is fired

It's a little hidden but the people are very nice and it's warm and cozy inside. Would definitely recommend.

Very hands-on therapy and they understand me. I have been going here for my physical therapy needs for a few years as I'm falling apart :) The people are great and you feel like family, not just another number walking through the door. I highly recommend Kennebec Physical Therapy to anyone I hear of who needs this type of care. A small team of great people.
