Phil and the entire team at Alliace are highly trained Physical Therapists and leaders in their field. Their knowledge and techniques are cutting edge and hands down the best in the greater Portland area. I highly recommend all the PTs at the office.

Phil and his staff are a FIVE star organization!! After shoulder surgery, subsequent frozen shoulder and five months of PT at another facility without result, I was referred to Phil at Alliance PT. Phil's extensive knowledge and expertise, as well as his compassion and empathy for my situation was unsurpassed. Phil brought me back from edge of pain insanity! If you are considering dry needle therapy, then do it, because it works!! If you have a desire to get better, then seek out this organization. Thank you Phil...I appreciate all that you did for me!! Phil saved my golf season by treating my elbow. His care and concern for not only the elbow, but everything else that contributed to the issue, was highly effective. Dare I say I look forward to returning for the next musculoskeletal issue?! Yes!

Meg Thurrell

I've seen Phil for knee and back issues. He is both a top notch human and a highly skilled PT. Both issues have resolved and healed with his help. I give him and his office a 10/10.

For anyone looking for a physical therapy clinic that delivers results, listens to you and stands by their word, this is the place for you! I was thoroughly impressed by the breadth and depth of treatment here and was incredibly happy to get their help in overcoming the pain associated with my injury.

I would like to say what a great visit right when you walk in, Kerry and Joyce make you feel like you are there only client . Phil not only did you explain everything I felt like you knew my problems before even talking with me. After getting treatment I was wondering how it was going feel, but it was just how you prepared me thanks my elbow has not felt this good in years.. thank you Steve

Nothing but amazing feedback for Kim and the rest of the team at Alliance! I had been having back/upper body/tension headache issues for a couple years. I had previously gone through other physical therapy offices, chiropractors, primary care physicians, and etc- I would graduate or end my treatment cycle, and end up back in pain shortly after. Kim was different in that she really helped me identify the root cause of my pain so that I didn't continue towards further injury. Reasons why this is my favorite physical therapy office: 1. She noticed issues with my posture that had never once been pointed out to me by other medical professionals... after resuming normal exercise with no return of pain, I'm convinced her assessment was the key! 2. The whole staff here is so friendly and professional and they offer a truly robust set of treatments that just work. Strengthening exercises, stretches, tissue massage, dry needles, cupping, body adjustments, etc. It's really a one stop shop..no need to see an additional massage therapist, chiro, etc. 3. I always found scheduling to be flexible and attainable. My appointments always started on time and were efficient. Most people I know go to their PT appointments begrudgingly and I always looked forward to mine and how great I felt afterward.

Phil and his staff are knowledgeable and skilled practitioners. The practice employs a wide spectrum of treatments catered to each clients' needs. During my treatment, I benefitted from accupuncture with electrical stimulation, traction, cupping, deep massage, chiropractic manipulation, stability and strengthening excersizes to treat a cervical repetative motion injury and chronic thoracic back pain and tension. Following 2 months if care, the symptoms caused by my neck injury are resloved and I am most relieved to have healed using a noninvasive approach. I am also walking away with a tool kit on how provide self care in managing chronic back issues related to a substantial spinal fusion operation 25 years ago. Alliance PT comes highly recommended!
