Was a patient with Advanced Health Physical Therapy for more than 4 years after retiring from the USMC do to service connect injuries. The office has changed personnel in both the reception and Physical Therapist staff. After this change in personnel, Advance Health Physical Therapy has suffered in the lack of quality and service. After being dropped as a patient without notification, after being instructed that I will no longer be able to receive treatment from the only remaining personnel that was familiar with my treatment plan, I can no longer recommend or continue receiving services from this treatment center. I have spoken directly with Susanne Bouchard and she chose not to address the issues, probably why her previous manager left this office and went to Bangor. I will be also informing the VA of this non recommendation of referral services to this treatment center.

I highly recommend Advanced Health Physical Therapy. I have been here several times for P/T for different injuries. I like how they give you a folder with information about their business and they also give you printed instructions of your exercises (which you bring with you to each appointment). I also like that they do body work (massage) and other healing modalities to help with recovery. They genuinely care about your progress and successfully healing. I have kept all of my folders and instructions in case I have a flare up or a set back. I refer to those papers and use the exercises. They are very helpful.

This is the second time I have used Advanced Health Physical Therapy. The first time was to recover from a total right hip replacement one year ago, this time it was for the reattachment of a foot tendon. Both times my experience has been excellent. There was no wait to get in, I was able to schedule weeks worth of appointments at a time to fit into my schedule and they were very accommodating to get me in and back to work within an hour on my lunch break. I enjoyed having several different therapists as that showed me several ways to strengthen my hip and foot, each with a slightly different approach but working towards the same result. I found all of the therapists encouraging and positive. Like any recovery you are responsible to do your part. Your follow through will make or break your recovery.
