I recently completed treatment with this fine group for a minor but painful injury about two months ago. I immediately felt at ease by Janie, who was very thorough in her explanations, what her steps were going to be regarding my progress and was diligent about following up with me. She took the initiative after my pain was not improving to recommend a procedure, dry needling to ease the pain. I then was introduced to Paul, who also was very thorough and kept me at ease while going through a procedure that can be slightly uncomfortable at times. Everyone in the facility are so helpful and ready to assist. Chelsea and Mandy in the front office area were both professional, and ready to make suggestions and provide assistance to my financial situation Thanks to them, I am feeling so much better and have acquired my quality of life before my injury. Let’s see where I can begin, when I started I didn’t know what to expect because it was my first time doing physical therapy. From walking in the door to doing my therapy everything was great. Dynamic is an under cover rip off. When your therapy sessions are over they try to find a reason to keep you coming back. I had 12 sessions only. At the 12 session I was told I couldn't get a shirt until the doctor released me. But I have improved and my doctor already knew. I'm not the only patient they did this too. Tell me what is wrong with this picture.

Been here twice. First time was for my tennis elbow. The dry needling work like a charm. Then my lower back hurt. Again, dry needling bring me back to being pain free. Hope I don’t have to see ever them again after all the stretching and workout techniques that they advise me to do as I’m aging.

The people at Dynamic PT in Marrero work you hard, but you do get better and they stay by your side when it gets hard and they make you feel like one big happy family. I had to wait 5 days to get paperwork taken care of so I could get more treatment and I thought it took forever for those 5 days to pass before I could get back to them. They are the greatest ever. If you need help, they are waiting for you to come in so they can help you get better!

My experience at Dynamic has and is always a positive and amazing experience. Since I've been diagnosed with remitting/relapsing MS, I come to dynamic twice a week and this not only my second home but most of all my family. Every single one of the physical therapist as well as the technicians are always in a great mood and push me to be stronger physically, mentally and emotionally. As a patient in therapy we all have our own great days and not so great days but everyone at dynamic are all here for every single one of us in our own unique way especially with their positive encouragement. I highly recommend Dynamic Physical Therapy. The staff is amazing, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The facility has a variety of equipment and is always clean. After having a surgery almost a year ago I was still experiencing pain and unable to do a normal workout. After going to Dynamic, with the help of Jenna and Craig, I am now pain free and able to exercise.

I began working with Paul and Craig after some stops and starts with my insurance company following a SLAP repair on my right shoulder. At the time I was still on Active Duty, and so TRICare was being difficult until the technicians on the base admitted that I was beyond the level of help they were able to give. After three months of the base clinic I wasn’t really any better than I had been immediately following my surgery. I met with Paul and did the initial assessment, and could tell that he wasn’t happy with the progress. He and Craig put me on a program that was aggressive but attainable, and within three months of treatment at Dynamic I was up to about 70 – 75% of my pre-surgery capabilities. After a little over 7 months I was nearly back to 100%. By the time I was discharged at about 8 months I was able to fully utilize my shoulder and perform all the tasks I had been able to prior to my injury. All of the staff here are super-professional, helpful, pleasant to work with, and above all: they are patient but they aren’t going to let you take the easy way out. The facilities are clean, well-lit, and Dynamic has enough equipment to prevent stalling out your therapy while waiting for a machine or item to become available. The staff takes the time to make sure that you understand not only how to perform each exercise, but why you are doing it and how it benefits your progress. Savannah, Jenna, Katie, John and the other techs are great at making sure you have help and guidance for each exercise, and for me personally, were awesome at understand that I work at a different pace from most others and helping me achieve my goals. They continually provided feedback and motivation to push everyone there to do their best to get better. Scheduling and billing were handled flawlessly by Mandy and Karla. Even when I transitioned from Active Duty to Retired status and TRICare flubbed the transition in payment, Mandy worked quickly and efficiently to correct the problem. After the correction, she helped me set a plan to pay the back log of payments due. All of the Staff at Dynamic are cheerful, personable, and genuinely care about helping the patient. I can’t recommend this business and their people highly enough. I would always choose to return here for future physical therapy needs, and tell all my friends and acquaintances that this is the best place for PT in the city.

I started PT with Paul at Westbank location December 13, 2016. A work accident took 3, almost 4 fingers on my left hand. I had trouble moving my wrist and thumb. I also was very limited with my forefinger. My surgeon sent me to Dynamic to work on getting my thumb and forefinger together as a pincher. In 17 sessions with the help of Paul, Craig, Savannah, Kacie, Esther, and Jenna, I was able to accomplish my goal! I would like to thank everyone at Dynamic PT. I can’t say enough good things about Dymamic and the people that work there. When i had my first visit in April i had been in a wheel chair and non weight bearing for 4 months. Within a short time i was up walking and out of a boot. I still had a few issues when it came to my walking but they were so helpful and always found a solution for my problems. Paul and his team were so friendly and it made therapy feel not like therapy. Even days when i didn’t want to go i would leave in a better mood with a smile on my face. I’m so grateful to my friend Lauren who recommended them to me. They have helped me physically but also made such a tough time a lot easier to deal with. Thank you so much dynamic! Sad to say it’s my last day but I’m grateful for all they’ve done. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Being a Marine Infantryman, my body has been through the absolute ringer. I had a surgery for a torn labrum in my left shoulder and was sent to Dynamic to physical therapy. Nothing short of an absolute pleasure when it comes to recieving care from this clinic. I made an appoitment, had an initial eval, and got right to work. The therapists answer ANY question you might have in regards to your therapy and listen to your concerns. You quiet honestly feel like part of the family. in the past (6) months, there has not been (1) time where i wasn't greeted with a warm welcome. My work schedule is pretty hectic, and i have statrted looking foawrd to going to my appoitments at Dynamic just because they are slow freidnly and i can be at ease. During your visits, you will have a tech that guides you through your whole session so you will never be lost or confused as to what comes next. The whole staff is nothing short of great and the facility is always clean. I absolutely trust these guys and highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking top level care.
