I’ve been to Delta PT several times for exercise injuries and nagging pains usually in my neck/upper back and glutes/hamstrings, and after a session or two of dry needling, I’m as good as new! Who actually looks forward to PT post ACL surgery?!?! Me! The therapists are awesome, professional, and extremely knowledgeable for cutting edge PT care. I love this place and the people. I am a competitive CrossFit athlete and learned of this place from another athlete who is a friend of mine that recommended the place to me about a year ago. So I been going there off and on when I need to and every time I go I see vast improvements in my training. Like last week I PR at 335 during a workout because my form and lifting style were corrected. They saw the flaws and helped me with improving it. Highly recommend this place to anyone in recovery or someone who just wants to improve themselves as an athlete.
