I just started going. The facilities are okay, but with each visit I leave with a headache from the bright fluorescent lighting. Areas to improve is with the treatment. Personally I would prefer to know what exercises I’m doing at the beginning of the session. It’s better to know what to expect. I also think patient care would be better if one assistant was helping you through your visit. Today I had 4. And my last one I asked her if I was finished. She said yes and asked me if I wanted to ice, then she said no your not allowed. I walked to the door and she chased me down because she found more exercises on my clipboard I was supposed to do. The physical therapist is great. But they need to organize the assistants and make them more interactive with patients instead of having whoever is passing by take care of me. I felt like I was a bother to them.
