I am very thankful to have found Dunn Physical Therapy. I had pain due to scoliosis, my therapist Erin was amazing and a tremendous help to me. The entire experience at Dunn was great. I highly recommend them.

Do not go to Dunn physical therapy! My wife cancelled a day in advance and they charged her a $50 cancellation fee. Read the fine print if you have an appointment and something comes up. 19 hours notice is not enough time. 24 hours is the magic hour to refill your missed appointment. After speaking with numerous people and trying to reason with them they happily sent us to collections. OVER $50!!! This is a total scam. If my wife had known there would be a cancellation fee even with a business day notice she would have went to the appointment considering it would have only cost $60 for the visit.

Same as the comment below, shading billing! I was sent a closing survey where I gave all 5 stars, unfortunately 2 weeks later was sent a bill for $50 due to a no show. Although I called and cancelled my appointment while speaking to the receptionist, NOT ONCE was I told a $50 charge would be applied. When calling to ask about the charge the RUDE and CONDESCENDING office manager was of no help. She has poor customer service skills and lacks class. Furthermore, all documentations signed by this office are kept without you given a copy. DO NOT do business here. Very unfortunate as I loved the therapist Emily, however her place of business is shady.

Really can't say enough about Dunn PT and the results I had as a competitive athlete. I had a horrific bicycling accident leaving my collar bone in multiple pieces, the collar bone dislocated at the center of my chest, and huge shoulder and neck trauma. I had surgery to fix the bone, but the recovery time left me with a frozen shoulder and extremely limited range and strength. The physical therapist at Dunn PT went above and beyond clarifying the process and their expectation for what I should be feeling along the road to recovery. A couple months post surgery and I am back on the bike without worry or re-injuring myself. They are on the leading edge of all treatments I have heard of being helpful. GIVE them a call! Your health is worth a friendly conversation.
