Theresa, works wonders!!! I went to see here because I had a swelling knee but no pain. Had an old college injury but had not had a problem in years til a few months ago. She did performed a "Dry needling" to my knee. In 2 days it's almost back to normal. If you have a joint issue see Theresa at Bardstown Road Physical Therapy first.

I highly recommend this place. The staff is very knowledgeable and they have years of experience. They are up to date on the latest therapy techniques like dry needling, cupping and kinesiology taping. They are very friendly, so you actually feel like you are part of their family not just a customer. They listened to me with all of my issues and helped guide me in the right direction. I also have sent a few my automobile coworkers their way. Love this place.

This place worrys more about there gym then the physical therapy part. By people coming into you use what equipment works. and worried about If you're going to sign up or not. By paying a monthly fee. Whatever equipment is not broken. If you're in therapy you have to wait to use the equipment because people always using the gym. Please do not go here.

I don’t do as many reviews as I should but when I go to a place that goes the extra mile I feel it’s the least I can do start off with I can’t just say one name cause every one there was the nicest people you can meet And really seem to care about you getting better the main thing I like is they don’t just get you feeling better but teach you the tools so you can stay better I never would of thought with in a few weeks I would feel better then I did before my accident so thanks for getting me better and teaching me the things to keep better

After 5 visits my knee felt 100% better. I had never heard of dry needling before. I was a little apprehensive at first. It was the best procedure only. Everyone working there was very nice and they explained everything well. Would defiantly recommend them to anybody needing therapy.
