Very disappointed with the service I received. I have a spinal condition which they would push me way to far to the point I couldn’t walk the next day and spent more time flirting with their interns than actually with patient. Not to mention the money I gave them for my co payments magically didn’t get put on the books and they are fast to send you to collections for it.

I have had a great experience with Mathis Physical Therapy. I have been having problems with my neck and arm. After therapy, my headaches leave and my head feels clear. My therapist has given me exercises to work on so I can help with my own therapy. The staff is very friendly and they give you personalized attention. I didn't know what to expect when I first went into the clinic but they made me feel right at home and let me know from the start what they were doing and how they were going to help me. I go in there and the staff makes the experience fun. My therapist, Micheal, and I are always laughing about something. The staff has great communication skills. I feel so much better than I did. My arm is getting relief and we are working towards a whole body of healing when it's only my arm and neck that has a problem. I highly recommend Mathis Physical Therapy for your therapy needs.

Unethical business practices. They made a mistake with billing my insurance well over a year ago, and are now trying claw back that money by threatening me with collections. Look around when you’re in there. You’re just a mark to which they can collect insurance money with no care for your well being.

As a Veteran, I didn’t always get to choose my provider with the fee basis program. However, once they created the Veterans Choice Program I was able to chose my provider. I always choose Mathis. I’ve been going to Mathis on and off since 2007. They are simply exceptional! I have injuries in my upper and lower back, and my knee. Throughout the years, I have received treatment for all three areas. They are professional, competent (not all other providers are), and super friendly. They ensure they help you reduce the pain and provide you with exercises to attempt to keep it from reoccurring. They have an app which allows you to check the videos of your exercises and even mark them as completed for the day (when you use the web-based tool). I would not think of any other physical therapy office in town...Mathis is exceptional!!!
