After several weeks of rehab, on my partial knee replacement, and being released by my surgeon to resume running after three years of dealing with the damaged knee. I was able to enter and participate in the Thanksgiving Day Sprint 5k on the Sprint Campus. Although I had only ran about ten times since the doctor released me to do so, I was just hoping to finish without any issues. I not only finished, I exceeded my expected finish time by two minutes and placed third in my age group! The professionalism and personal attention by Steve Adams PT resulted in me finishing in such great fashion and in addition winning an award. I will be forever grateful for the therapy and encouragement provided by Steve and his terrific staff. Note: I was on hand three days a week to receive my therapy, but also observed Steve and Kathy attending to other patients/clients. I was just blown away by their constant attention to patients needs. If your doctor EVER recommends physical therapy for any issue you may have, tell him to send you to ADAM PT.

In July of 2018 I was diagnosed with a torn rotator cuff and a labral tear in my shoulder. I was in extreme pain and just wanted to get surgery scheduled to correct the issues. Due to a trip we had planned out of the country, the surgeon wanted me to try physical therapy to help with the pain until I could return for surgery. I have to say that I entered physical therapy with a negative attitude, but within a few short visits, my pain was mostly relieved and I looked forward to the progress I was making. Steve Adams and his staff did an amazing job for me and I have been able to avoid surgery, and have full use of my shoulder. I can't recommend their services any higher!
