This is the third experience I have had with physical therapy over the years. My therapist was 15 minutes late for my first appointment and did not complete my evaluation for the first meeting. She never advised me as to my treatment plan or schedule. The second session could not be scheduled for two weeks, after that it was once a week, not two or three sessions as you would normally expect to get well. Another appointment she was also delayed and apologized saying it was a new patient and it took longer. Unfortunately, such delays cut into my treatment time that I had to pay for. After this hit and miss schedule she asked if I was better and I replied that I really did not see any improvement in my condition. I am going to try another facility that is more professional and caring for their patients.
