I started PT at Stepping UP with Minda after having a procedure done on my knee. I didn't know what to expect but I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and care that I received. Everyone is extremely friendly, caring and respectful from the front desk on. I felt very comfortable and at ease with everyone there. The best thing is that my knee is much improved, and I can go back to my regular routine. I would choose without any hesitation to go back to Steppin Up, which I already plan to for some back issues. I thank them for the great care!

What a great group of therapists! My tween daughter received treatments for an achilles tendon injury and was a bit apprehensive about going, but immediately felt very comfortable from the first session. All the therapists were wonderful, and she absolutely loved working with Heather, who is fantastic at what she does! Besides the treatments, Heather really took time to explain and teach my daughter (and myself) what is needed to heal and help prevent future injuries. I felt she genuinely cared about my daughter's well-being. Highly recommend!

The various Pilates exercises were especially helpful in stretching and strengthening my muscles. They took personal interest and really cared about the progress I was making. Finally! Finally a place that truly cares about helping people by giving individual treatments to patients. I’ve been to other places for PT where the therapist is taking care of you and 3 others at the same time. Not at Steppin’ Up. My experience has been they are treating just me! No juggling between patients. This place is awesome. If you need PT, make sure you look at Steppin’Up at Watersong. You won’t be disappointed.

At 65, I have been through physical therapy numerous times obtaining benefits on each occasion. Having worked the past few decades at a desk job, pain and immobility developed and increased in my hips to the extent I knew I needed help. My physician wrote a prescription for PT and I searched for a location I could easily access around road construction finding Steppin’ Up on Coldwater road purely for the easy access. To my surprise, I discovered Minda Lemmon to be a dynamic PT. She presents a comfortable professional demeanor, highly knowledgeable with precision and accuracy designing a program that brought about rapid results. Most of my treatment was at the hands of Kacee Kugler, PTA, again highly erudite, encouraging, precise and dedicated to getting solid lasting results. Minda and Kacee presented me with information to continue working for continued progress on my own upon completion of treatment. This is the best place for PT in Fort Wayne and beyond! My doctor recommended I go here after my total knee replacement, and they set me up for spectacular results during my recovery. It was hard work, but they worked with me and pushed me to my limits based on my determination. Minda, Casey and Jennifer take your recovery very personally... Just a few months ago I couldn't sleep, it hurt to sit, and play tabletop games with friends all because of my back. I grew used to the pain it was part of my life one day I couldn't sleep was up all night in pain decided I was going to get it fixed no matter what it took. After a lot and I mean A lot of Googling I choose Steppin up I don't know why I picked them over the others, but I did I set an appointment up at the wrong one and ended showing up late... one of the best decisions of my life... The people here make you feel at home, it's an amazing place and now just over a month later I am pain-free. Thank you to all the amazing people here.

Kacee Kugler was the physical therapist that worked with me . She was awesome !!! Very patient and went out of her way to plan a program that helped strengthen my core muscles and ease my back pain. Kacee also was great at getting my tight lower back muscles loosened up with a deep massage. After knee surgery, I became a patient at Steppin' Up. Minda and Kacee provided a relaxing, safe, encouraging environment for my rehabilitation. I learned which muscles needed to be fired, strengthened and how to best do that at therapy and at home. Exercises were adapted and changed frequently. They cheered progress and pushed me to work hard so that I could have pain free mobility restored. The whole staff was very supportive and positive. Steppin' Up is a place where healing happens!

My experience with the therapists at Steppin Up has been great. I have to say this Coldwater location treated me as if I was the only client they were treating. Once I started doing activities at home that they were teaching me really made a big difference in my improvements. I would say to anyone looking for treatment should check out Steppin Up on Coldwater. Oh and today I received my orthopedics. Minda did a perfect job of getting me fitted perfectly.

Steppin Up is by far the best of three physical therapy places I've been to in Fort Wayne! I had two excellent therapists -- Minda and Kacee at Watersong on North Coldwater Road -- who developed an individualized program for my knees, ankles, feet and shoulder following two falls resulting in breaks and sprains. Key benefits were the individualized attention to make sure I did exercises just right and the Pilates machine to strengthen knees, ankles and feet. In addition, the core exercises they developed for me have improved my strength, flexibility and balance. The ultrasound, deep tissue massage and "scraping" of scar tissue were an immense help. I feel so much better and now have a reasonable and doable amount of at-home exercises. Jenn, the administrative assistant, is wonderful as well.
