What can I say, New Horizons/Jessica Farrel, PT DPT never gave up on me even when I wanted to give up! I had a total knee replacement in Jan 18 but my "bend" was not progressing to the extent/speed that I expected. Jessica mentally kept me in the game as well as physically; without her encouragement and kindness I easily could have slipped into depression. She pushed me hard and used various techniques including "dry needling" to get results; when progression stopped she realized I needed to see my physician and he had to manually manipulate my knee. It worked and she was able to finish my therapy. I'm thankful for her knowledge! The office is run by one of the most proficient assistants I've ever met, Brittany! She competently and cheerfully had all of my appts booked and all of my insurance paperwork completed accurately. I whole heartily recommend New Horizons and Jessica Farrel for all of your physical therapy needs. Stop by, they will cheerfully give you a tour as they did me when I was searching for a therapist before my surgery.

Amazing! From the front office staff, usually Mrs. Brittany T. greets you with a warm smile collects your insurance info and whisks you right on in greet your PT therapist. Jessica Farrel, PT, DPT is warm, compassionate and will put you through the paces in order to as pain free as possible and increase your mobility. The facility is always sparkling clean, including the equipment based everyday mobility but also a workplace environment. I can honestly say in the 2+ years that my family has been seen on and off again, New Horizons has never once failed in billing our insurance correctly and is always prompt with communications and coordination with other physicians involving your care. ~Christine Nash

I experienced hands-on treatment personalized just for me. And the real bonus is their Golden Rule Service! They made me feel right at home and just like family on my first visit. I hobbled in there like a penguin from scoliosis and had lots of pain. But thanks to Jessica Farrel's expertise I left walking almost normally and with less pain! The receptionist Brittany is so helpful and dedicated. And both Jessica and Brittany go out of their way to help me and make sure my treatments are productive. A very positive place.
