Dr. Andy is the man! I've had chronic upper back pain for over 15 years and he has managed to get me out of pain and back to exercising 6 days a week, which I've not been able to do for a long, long time. I also enjoyed all the employees who work there, Brandon and Mckenzie, who are also very professional and friendly.

Be aware, this location does an extremely poor job communicating costs...and their costs are significantly higher than other alternatives in the local market. Furthermore, their evaluation is second or third tier service. Very poor operation.

The group here is top notch! Andy knows his stuff! McKenzie is right there helping out going to school for PT too, she is Andys extra hand. Aaron is usually behind the counter taking calls, making calls for apointments. Busy dealing with insurance, keeping Andy and McKenzie busy ready to help anyone that walks thru those doors. I like to ask lots of questions ....

Oh my goodness, I don’t even know where to begin! Vann has been the biggest advocate for getting me in the clinic and always greets me with a smile. Once I got there, I knew I was in a special, healing environment. Dr. Andy and Dr. Tyler are a dynamic duo, and the three guys together create such a wonderful, fun, and nurturing environment where you feel safe to speak your mind and enjoy each other’s company (all while you’re doing challenging exercises you had no idea you could do!!). To the entire Overland Park team: thank you for making me feel so special and loved, and most of all, THANK YOU for making me PAIN FREE!

Update: After posting my experience with the Romeoville IL location. I was contacted the very next day by a man named Tim D. It is unbelievable how much of his time and effort he took to make things right for my daughter and I. I can honestly say that PT Solutions goes above and beyond to make sure every patient of theirs is completely satisfied. I am very pleased and happy at how quick PT Solutions reached out to me in order to make things right. Thank you Tim D. I saw Dr. Sachs during my second trimester of pregnancy to get some instructions and strategies for how to manage lower back pain and how to strengthen my core and pelvic muscles. He was very knowledge about how pregnancy was affecting my body, and he was able to explain how and why the exercises he showed me were beneficial. His sense of humor and easy manner make Dr. Sachs an excellent physical therapist who can help his patients reach their goals.

Very clean. People are super nice, and Andy is amazing. 80's music that is fun. Nice view out the South window( floor to ceiling windows). The sharp stabbing pain in my knee got better in about a month. Definitely would go back
