This review is long overdue. I slipped down a few steps when I was 8.5 months pregnant and badly injured my tailbone. I had my first appointment a week after my fall. After just 3-4 visits, I was in much better shape, thanks to Sarah. She is professional, knowledgeable, informative, caring, and mostly importantly, effective. I continued to see her as part of the bump program to prepare for labor and recovery. Sarah explained what she was doing and why, often showing me on the skeleton. She is also very detailed and thorough in her notes and evaluations. Thanks to her notes, she helped me submit an appeal for additional weeks of short term disability benefits during maternity leave. She has a great bedside manner and will give you effective exercises to address your trouble spots. The staff is friendly and collaborative. Highly recommend Body Gears to anyone in need of physical therapy.
