Sprained my wrist pretty badly after taking a spill at the dog park, Lindsey worked hard to get my wrist back to normal. As someone who plays rec/competitive sports multiple times a week, it was tough to deal with an injury like this during the summer, but the work Lindsey did got me back to my regular activities quicker than I thought possible based on my original pain level. I'm sure I'll be back the next time I injure myself! Super convenient location, good hours and appointment times.

This facility is perfectly located, has convenient hours, the entire staff are very kind, helpful and flexible with work schedules. My physical therapist Alex, really knew her business in pushing me and helping me strengthening my ankle so that I can now walk/run without discomfort, yet with stability. Alex will keep you on track even when it's challenging. with a smile on her face :). PT is tough and its not fun, but when done right and with the right therapist, progress is made. I highly recommend Athletico if you need to get back to your norm.

I have been unfortunate enough to have needed physical therapy for multiple sports-related injuries. Although, recovering from such injuries is never enjoyable, all of the therapists at Athletico are kind, supportive, and work hard to create an environment of encouragement and learning to get you back on your feet. I have had the pleasure of working with multiple therapists at this location and can say they are all willing to go above and beyond to help you achieve whatever your recovery goals are.

Alex is the best! Everyone at this location is awesome, they all have great attitudes and make PT enjoyable. Alex puts you to work, but does so with a smile and great attitude. She is very knowledgeable and good at letting you know where you are with your progress and what you need to do to get back to your normal self. I wouldn't go anywhere else for PT.

I sprained my ankle and kept re-spraining it (~5 times within 6 months). Once I started to get knee issues I decided to try PT. I had Alex and she was amazing! Very good at analyzing what was going on, creating a set of exercises to work on to build strength such that I wouldn't keep injuring myself and just a really kind person in general! I highly recommend!

I can not begin to tell you how helpful Brynn was at the Michigan Plaza location. I was hesitant to go back to PT after my last experience with PT, with a different Physical Therapist at a different group, didn't do much to help with my injury. Brynn and I set a goal of returning to my workout classes by the end of the year (2018)... Sure enough, NYE 2018 I was able to complete an Orange Theory Class without needing modifications! She listens and works with you in treating your injury. She and everyone at this location are amazing!

I had a reconstructive ACL surgery and saw Alex T at the Illinois center location for several months during my recovery. Before my surgery I did a little bit of PT at another place and nothing eased my pain. In my very first session with Alex , I immediately felt a world of difference and relief. I can’t emphasize enough on how attentive she is. She was always available for any questions. Recovering from an ACL surgery is exhausting both mentally and physically - but having a PT like Alex who pushed me and constantly motivated me to do my best definitely made the journey easier. She always managed to calmed my nerves by explaining how things work in detail. Alex even came along with me to see my surgeon for one of my Initial post opt check ups - she definitely goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are comfortable and doing well. From the front desk staff to the PAs everyone at the center is so nice and always trying to help. I am about to run my first 5K post surgery , and I couldn’t have even imagined doing so without Alex and everyone at the Athletico at Illinois center.
