I went to RA after my back surgery. The staff was very friendly & welcoming. The facility was clean and they worked to keep it that way. My instructor, Tyler, was very encouraging but worked me to my abilities. He gave me exercises & homework to achieve not only my back would be stronger, but my entire body would be toned to support it. When I was finished I felt I had the tools to continue to keep going. I would recommend them to anyone needing help.

Every minute of the past 3 years I have had constant pain in my thoracic spine! I have spent hundreds of hours with 5 different Physical Therapists. I have gone through pain management to get injections but nothing worked, until I started seeing Dr. Wesley “Wes” Anderson. This is the first time I have been pain free in 3 years. I credit his education, and interpersonal skills for my success. He actually listens to what you have to say before prescribing PT techniques (can’t tell you how refreshing that is). He also has access to a large network of other Physical Therapists to lean on, thanks to the Rehab Authority system. It is impossible to overstate how positive my experience has been, and how thankful I am to Dr. Wes for saving my career.

I came here back in June of 19 with lower back pain that come to find out through examination had to do with my SI Joint. After going to see Wes for about 4 months, I saw significant positive change in my movement and pain in my lower back. Also, my biggest concern was I could no longer do sit-ups without fairly intense pain. Being a member of the military, that is a big deal as our physical fitness tests have a component for it. Today I can say I was able to max out my sit-ups. I still conduct many of the exercises that Wes put me through over the course to minimize my pain from returning. Don't know if it will ever completly be gone, but Wes got me bending and mobile again. Also, Kirk did some dry needling to my lower back (where I believe to carry my stress and tension) the next day and for several weeks after I felt great and would recommend it to anyone who has built up tension anywhere on their body. Hopefully I don't need to return, but if I ever need PT again, or know anyone that does, I would return/send them to Rehab Authority.

I have been seeing Wes for a couple months after being referred by the VA for post ankle fusion rehab. I had pain prior to surgery, but nothing to the degree I had afterwards. It was Wes's compassionate and knowledgeable care that transformed my feelings of hopelessness in finding resolve for my pain and swelling into a manageable and hopefull day by day plan of action, yielding relief far and above what I thought we could do. Wes always spoke positive, but realistic. His attention to my care made me feel as if I was his only client. He laid out a clear plan of objectives and goals, were there setbacks.....sure, but he just offered up a new approach. He gave suggestions for caring for myself out of the office at work or home. This is my second time working with the folks at RehabAuthority. The first time was about 8 or 9 years ago when I had a ruptured disk in my low back. After a successful rehab program with them, I decided to work with them again. I recently completed a 4 week program to relieve lower back pain that was making daily life for me unbearable. After the first week I noticed a difference in the level of pain I was experiencing. Currently I am virtually pain free thanks to the helpful and knowledgeable physical therapists at RehabAuthority.
