Jeff Taylor is an amazing Physical Therapist. He opened his practice in Meridian May 2017! He strives for 5 star ratings and has a huge fan base of patients who followed him from our Boise location to our new Meridian location. I have been a neck patient of his and he has helps hundreds of patients. We are located in Boise and Meridian to serve you.

Jeff and Zac are the best! I have been having low back issues for years. Finally made the decision to try PT. Greatest choice I have made in regard to my long term physical health. I am seeing improvements that I never thought I would see! The atmosphere is fun and light hearted, you can tell they really care. Very thankful that I found them. RESPONSE: Well as a 6 year chiropractic patient I realized that without the specific therapy (tissue work, exercises.etc.) that I could only get so much improvement. That if I didn't find a way to get to the "core" of the problem, I would only re-inure myself or worse yet, end up with surgery. It wasn't that I didn't know I needed to explore other options, unfortunately it just one more injury to catapult me into seeking someone out. I love my chiropractor, and continue to use that modality, but that is only part of the solution. I am still a work in progress (aren't we all!), but I finally feel as though I will have a stronger base on which to build thanks to physical therapy and this will help my adjustments hold longer. :-)

The Physical Therapists here know their stuff. I've been to other PT's, and they've only focused on exercises for my knees. Here they spend 1/2 of the appointment with hands on manipulation and tools that have helped rid my knees of scar tissue. I'm getting so much more strength and extension now. Great improvement in my healing! Glad I found them!

Kristin and Olivia have given me steady progression in strengthening my back. I was skeptical at first, but after 6 weeks, I am reaping the rewards of therapy. Thanks to them both.

After living more than half of my life with constant neck pain from a mishap that involved me diving off of my bicycle, and in to the ground head-first; I let my wife talk me in to going in to see what the crew at Idaho Spine and Sports Physical Therapy could do for me. She had benefited from their help, and thought I might too. I was skeptical and very reluctant, to say the least, since I had seen many chiropractors and other specialists for my neck pain over the years, my x-ray had become the new example of what a really bad neck looks like at a couple of those places, I’d been told at about 24 that I had the neck of a 75 year old man, and I’d pretty much just accepted the belief that I had ruined my neck, and would live with the pain for the rest of my life. It took several visits, but with the help of the staff at Idaho Spine and Sports Physical Therapy, I am now in much less pain than I was before, and I’m able to do a lot more than I was able to prior to going in. I’ve had the pleasure of working with much of the staff, and they are all great people who truly care about their patients and work with each of us to make sure we’re improving, healing, and making progress with whatever brought us in. I have continually been amazed by how friendly, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable the entire staff is. I highly recommend that anyone dealing with any kind of physical pain from an injury (or otherwise), and for any amount of time, go give these people a chance to see if they can help you. Like me, you just might be surprised by the results!

Jeff and Zac are a great team. Not only are they knowledgeable about their field, they develop great relationships with their patients. I look forward to going every time!

The most empathetic and hilarious group of therapists and assistants I’ve ever had. They are very Veteran friendly and get to know the whole you so they can treat you not just a spot on you. Even my teenager loved coming here for her therapy. Zac, Jeff and Ashley are the best in the valley.

Very friendly staff! They are patient, kind and will work with you at your pace while making sure your working hard enough to see progress. I never felt like they were going to tell me I needed to extend my time there just to keep you coming like some medical practices tend to do. I will go back to Idaho Sports and Spine first before going anywhere else if I have a beer to. They take care of you.

I have never been a fan of physical therapy, I just have not seen the benifits in the past, from other places I have gone to before. But after seeing Jeff, I have completely changed my views of physical therapy. I can physically see the changes in my knee as we work at breaking up the mess I made with my cartilage, as well as feel the difference to. And the atmosphere, and the staff is great. They always have a positive attitude, and always make the time spent there fun.... I mean if you have to work through pain, and do workouts, it might as well be enjoyable! They also listen to your concerns and to how you are feeling, they strive for you to push yourself, but not to the point that you are causing yourself more pain. I will never go to a different physical therapist after going here, this place is hands down the best!
