I was born with congenital scoliosis and mitochondrial myopathy. Over the past 36 years I have been to more than 10 physical therapists (easily) to help manage my progressive disease. I was a registered nurse for twenty years, I know a good therapist when I see one. Heather is brilliant! Her staff are amazing, kind, loving. I have never had a therapist that knew as much as Heather, and I am doing so well because of her. Don't bother wasting your time anywhere else. The therapists here are amazing! The entire staff!

I scheduled an appointment to get an opinion from I CAN. After checking me out and looking at the MRI my therapists told me with a heavy heart I probably did need surgery. My point is she was honest and did what was right for me. Very professional, clean, and friendly. I would go back or refer without hesitation.

What a wonderful place to recover from any injury. Mine was a fall off a ladder landing on a board on edge on my ribs. Not only are they very proficient and professional in explaining the whole process and the steps to know when you are fully recovered, you have a great time doing it. Every single person is fun to be with and you will laugh and exercise your way to good health. I have never had PT before so I did not know what to expect. But in the end I was a bit sad to have it end since it was such an enjoyable hour spent with the staff. You probably can find other places that can also deliver results but why not have fun doing it. PS It was great that they accepted my Medicare insurance too.

The staff here is awesome, always a happy, cheerful welcome, and therapy session. They will work with anyone on any income. I had some localized back pain issues. Had me feeling better quickly and guided me through identifying what may have been causing it. Thanks to the at home stretching they showed me, I'm pain free and back to working and playing hard like I should be. It's scary when you have to consult a doctor about an injury and you're not sure what the treatment will be or what the treatment might put you through. After consulting with Dr. "Chuck" my hopes were brightened by a simpler physical therapy course. Within a few short visits, improvement to the problem became noticeable. The improvement comes in sometimes small steps, but they were there. Over the course of several months my situation was relatively cured. I learned how to prevent further injury and take initiative to to alleviate issues. The staff is really wonderful, the atmosphere is really low key, they are really a fun bunch and well led. Even though it is an open setting for use of equipment and fixtures, patient privacy is upheld. Over time I observed personal, but professional, relationships develop between staff and patients (including myself). They provide you with props and tools as needed for home workouts. In the end, it is your responsibility to follow their instructions and be dedicated to yourself for your treatment as they are undoubtedly dedicated to you.

When I first started pt I was quite frankly terrified but all my anxieties were quick eased upon entering. The environment is super relaxed and chill. When I had my first appointment I didn't even know what was wrong with my joints but they were kind and worked with me to figure out what my body can or cannot handle. They taught me that i can and will get better. If you're looking for a relaxing a supportive place to help you then this is definitely the place.

I appreciate the lively environment (fun music, friendly banter between coworkers), coupled with professionalism (intelligence) and rapport. I work with Chuck, and he’s very good at listening to your needs and adjusting as needed. I’m VERY plus sized (size 28) and he finds workarounds to accommodate me every time. Don’t avoid PT for weight reasons! He really can help you, and won’t judge. For fellow allergy folks... I’m allergic upon contact with certain essential oils or fragrances, and they’ve been more than accommodating, by using a non-scented product for me when I need lotion applied to my skin. I’ve found major relief coming here. In fact, I found so much relief that I didn’t have to go back for an entire year until I unfortunately broke my OTHER foot and needed some help. This is better than chiropractors who advise repeat adjustments for months to years. They FIX you and give you tools to continue your treatment at home. Though I do miss them when I am finished needing them!

I saw Chuck. He explained everything thoroughly and even asked me what I wanted (crazy concept)! I had a positive test for vertigo and he told me exactly what to do and I did exactly that and within 48 hours my vertigo is gone. I woke up today 9/23/19 WITH NO VERTIGO! Thank you to Chuck and the great staff. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Highly recommended. My pain physician sent me to "I Can Pt" for two former automobile accidents (rear-ended and rollover). Prior to PT, I was a non-believer, I was reluctant until Heather, PT Therapist provided effective daily (easy) exercises that resolved my right shoulder blade pain. I'm returning to address thoracic spine pain for they are fun and fabulous. Osiris provides excellent customer service. Go for the exercises, they work!!! (Finally a vendor that get's it.)

Over the last 7 years, I have been to 3 chiropractors, an orthopedic surgeon, and another physical therapist to try to find relief from chronic pain. I found I CAN PT accidentally and walked in a whim, and I'm so grateful I did. Unlike the other specialists I visited, Heather was able to find the root cause of my pain, and showed me how to effectively eliminate the pain. She was knowledgable and thorough, and she gave me the information I needed to be able to deal with the problem should it occur again. I visited I Can PT in Dec 2017 for rehab on a very tight neck. I can’t say enough good things about this clinic and the professionals who work there! At first, I felt unsure as it is different than other PT offices I have visited in the past....and I have visited ALOT all over the country. However, I noticed the difference was the attitude of the people. The doctor and all the staff were happy! Happy to be there, happy to be helping and happy to come back every day. The atmosphere is relaxed yet serious in regards to therapy and the patients all seemed to absorb that same happiness at being there. PT is not my favorite thing to do (ya think?) but I actually enjoyed my time there and improved my neck at the same time! Thank you guys, I appreciate your patience and help with my issues! I’m sure I’ll be back next time I need to do one of my least favorite things to do!

When I discussed with my Physical Medicine doctor about PT, I asked if all Physical Therapist were created equal. He smiled and said that they are not. He referred me to I CAN PT saying that he wished he could send all of his patients to this small practice. In me, Chuck and Bobbie have a difficult case but I feel so much better and to motivated to continue improving on my own when that time comes. A big plus with I CAN PT is that it is a FUN place. If you go in grumpy, you won't leave that way. I've been through a number of PT experiences, this is the best.

The service provided here cannot be beat. The staff are very happy to be working with you and helping you achieve goals. I have had to rehab my shoulder several times at different places as I moved around the county. This is the first PT clinic that has taken their time in treatment and has not rushed service to fit me into a 30 minute block. You will enjoy the outgoing staff and their jokes, but you will stay because they take your treatment seriously and without cutting corners.
