The folks here are amazing! They have great hours and were able to schedule appointments at times that worked well for me. The physical therapy is the best I have ever had. They spend real time with you and address all of your needs. Every appointment was thorough and I was given 100% of their attention for the entirety of my appointments.

This place has the nicest people. Most of the time when I've had pt, I dread going , because it hurts so much. Not here,,I actually enjoyed going. They made my replaced knee feel so much better, I was sad to have to stop. Even the office staff cared. A wonderful place!

My first experience with PT was Hands-On PT. I had to have back surgery in 1999 and then again in 2000. After the 2nd surgery Dr. Cox sent me to Breda for PT. The best thing that has every happened to me. They taught me proper lifting, exercises to strengthen my lower back, and deep tissue. Anytime I had a flair-up with my lower back they were able to help me regain mobility. I moved to Alaska in 2007. Have never found anyone else that has been able to do what Hands-On has done for me and my lower back. Moved back from Alaska in 2014 and had a relapse with some back issues in 2015. Was able to get back into see Breda. I was soon doing much better with less back pain. All the staff at Hands-On are very friendly and so willing to help. Thanks so much for helping me again.

Very friendly care however.. when I first contacted them about a referral for therapy on my wrist I specifically asked if they have anyone that specializes on hands and wrist since it is such a complex area. I was told it was a part of their specialty area, but they were not actually able to offer me any help with my wrist. The extent of my therapy was wrist/ forearm massages. I wasnt even given isometric stabilization exercises as part of therapy. They willingly bit off more than they are trained for sacrificing months of effective rehab and money. If you need a hand wrist specialist, look elsewhere.
