I always get great service here. Bree at the front desk is always so nice and professional and the therapists are great too. Anthony E., you just sound like a total a**hole. If they acknowledged that they made a mistake and were not able to fix it that day but offered to reschedule asap what's not trustworthy about that? You must be above everyone and never make mistakes!!

I made an appointment with the Eagle Foothills PT clinic. When I showed up for my appointment the receptionist acknowledged that she had scheduled me but they had double booked and could not help me. When I asked if I could wait and see someone later in the day she said no. They did offer to reschedule for the following week but I didn’t feel that offer was trustworthy. Very poor service.
