I’ve had the privilege of having my post-shoulder surgery physical therapy from Jeremy Brown and his team for over seven months. I can’t say enough good things about all of them and how they have helped me get through a very difficult recovery. Through their patience, support, encouragement and expertise , my shoulder and arm are functioning at nearly 100% capacity. The best part is how they treat everyone like family and use humor to help get you through the pain! I can honestly call each of them my friend and will be forever in their debt.

I have had extensive physical therapy this year and have NOT been disappointed by the attention of the staff at Belnap & Brown Physical Therapy. Earlier in the year, I had a herniated disc and pre-surgery, Jeremy Brown worked with me to strengthen me for the surgery. It went so well that I didn't even need PT after the surgery! This was amazing to me, and I trust Jeremy with any needs that I have because of that. Later this year, I had a very sore right shoulder and was recommended for PT once again. This time, I was privileged to receive the attention of Adam Cook who has his doctorate in PT. Adam is extremely good at what he does. His knowledge of the human body and the muscles and tendons, along with the nervous system have helped him diagnose the problem accurately. He has given me the very best of care, and uses current methodology to relieve painful spasms and nerve related muscular discomfort. Both of these men are patient and kind, and the entire staff at Belnap and Brown are attentive, very good at what they do, and always there to help. I have always been encouraged to text or call in with any questions I might have on the "at-home" exercises given to help strengthen the muscles. Their goal seems to be to help patients post-surgery to be pain free, and sometimes to avoid surgery if possible if the problem can be corrected early on. My husband has benefitted from Adam Cook's great technique in getting ear crystals to stabilize in one visit. Admittedly, he said it doesn't always happen that way, but for my husband...he was one happy guy when he walked in the door to our home and said, "He's unbelievably good!". We will never go anywhere else for our PT needs in the future! I would recommend them to anyone.

I came to Belnap and Brown after an ankle injury. They have the best people working here. It is a fun but professional environment. They only want what’s best for you on your road to recovery. Although I wished I could if stayed longer to do Physical Therapy, my ankle has never been better. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to any who has an injury and looking to have a fast recovery.

It is a great place. They are able to take what can be come mundane and boring and make it a little fun. They are respectable and will informed. They have a few days during the week that they are open later so that they can work with people later in the day. Ha, to be honest after having physical therapy for so long and building kind of a friendship with the staff I miss not going in to see them. :-)

Working with them to treat my TMJ, I was able to improve my physical strength and avoid having additional injections and other aggressive treatments that don't last. Jeremy helped me thru a very difficult recovery after shoulder surgery. I will start out by saying he is amazing! He is very knowledgeable and skilled in the procedures of physical therapy and truly loves being a PT. His staff is well trained and there is an undeniable positive energy in the office that helps in the healing process. I can't express how much I love these guys, and girl! This is my first experience with physical therapy, and I was a little nervous. My first visit I was welcomed with sympothy and a genuine concern for my recovery. After the first fist every all the staff remembered me and said hello and asked how I was feeling. Physical therapy is painful, there is no way of getting around that. However, everybody is still having fun making jokes you forget you aren't supposed to like it. I actually look forward to physical therapy because I have so much fun when I am there, and I always feel so much better when I am done!

I have gone to physical therapy in several states and places for various ailments. This is the best! Jeremy Brown, Tracy, and all the staff are so easy to work with and their knowledge is impressive. Initially I was referred to Jeremy for a herniated disc in my lower back. I am currently pain free! I have had a problem neck for almost 20 years with no real relief. Tracy has my neck moving pain free in 4-6 visits. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was referred to Jeremy and his staff by a friend and neighbor. It was such a good experience. They really helped me get through a tough time. Injuring yourself is nothing we really plan for and can really be a hard thing to get through. But having Jeremy and the staff to be there and push you through it, was awesome. If you need a physical therapist I highly recommend them you won't be disappointed. And good luck and good recovery.
