A little musty smelling, and pretty basic vs super high end BUT the staff is amazing and everyone I've met on staff has been quite nice.

My doctor refer me here due to shoulder, neck and back pains I was getting. Honestly at first I was hesitant on coming thinking it wasn't gonna help. Let me start by saying the receptionist was nice, the therapist was also nice & made me felt very comfortable which is a plus since its one on one with each other. In the long run, I still use the exercise I was taught. Glad the doctor refer me to this location.

Being born and raised in Hawaii, I have lived on Oahu for the last 33 years of my life. Throughout my entire life, I have been involved in extreme sports and have had to recover from all the injuries associated with it. I have been exposed to many orthopedic surgeons and physical therapists on island. There is only one physical therapy center in Hawaii that I whole-heartedly classify as World Class Physical Therapy which is called StayFIT Physical Therapy. I can attest that the level of professionalism and knowledge base here is unsurpassed by any other PT center I have ever experienced in Hawaii. First off, this is the ONLY establishment where you get actual ONE-TO-ONE training with a highly qualified therapist during your session. All of the the other PT centers I’ve encountered will share a trainer with 2-3 other clients besides yourself and jump back and forth to each person during your PT session. I did not like this because there were times I felt unsure if I was doing an exercise incorrectly or had a question about something and a trainer was with someone else. You will never feel neglected or out of place at StayFIT PT. Each session is valuable and of the highest quality because you have your therapist’s undivided attention and expertise during your full hour session. As a client of StayFIT PT, I had the opportunity to work with Chip Yamaguchi who so happened to be one of the co-owners. Chip and I met in CrossFit and little did I know this humble and extremely knowledgeable man was the owner of StayFit PT. Everyone knows how physically and mentally demanding CrossFit can be. To have a PT trainer like Chip who is active, physically fit, and knowledgable with total body functionality and movements, this instilled all the confidence in what StayFit PT had to offer me. I can honestly say that StayFIT PT was the only center where I had experienced hands-on manipulation of my dysfunctional body parts in attempts to diagnose my problematic area. Chip pulled out an arsenal of tools for my intake and sessions. I was extremely impressed when Chip started to pull off books from his bookshelf to explain to me the anatomy of the human body and probable causes of my dysfunctional body parts. Chip was really concerned about finding the root of my problems instead of just going through the motions of random PT exercises and for that I have all the respect for. After multiple failed diagnosis of various orthopedic surgeons that I sought out, I finally went to StayFIT PT not knowing where my pain was coming from near my affected body parts. After seeing a recommended specialist, the doctor found the root source of my problematic limb from the MRI that I was given. All of the medical attention I have received since associating myself with StayFIT PT has been with folks knowledgeable, humble, and caring—Trust me, “Birds of a feather do flock together." StayFIT Physical Therapy is locally owned and operated. Both of the owners have grassroots here in Hawaii and their establishments reflect the true Aloha Spirit. They have about 9 staff members at each of their two convenient locations in Aiea and Kapolei that work together like a well-oiled machine under the supervision of the owners as a team unit. Each location has a state-of-the-art facility and equipment. Everything seems to be in like-new condition. Someone even wipes down all the equipment after they are used by each client for superior sanitation practices. I was so impressed that the owners are so actively involved with their clinics on a day-to-day basis. They personally make sure all of their clients are well cared for. I am so grateful to be part of the StayFit PT Ohana who has blessed me with their outstanding professionalism, knowledge, love, care, and Aloha. Mahalo StayFIT Physically Therapy! The PTs are great! Mya is amazing to work with. They were all super understand when I had to come in with the kids. Bathroom are around the corner in the main building and street parking isn't always the easiest to find.

The Ladies at the front desk are very friendly and welcome you as you walk in the front door. Maya my physical therapist was super nice and very knowledgeable at her job. She did an amazing job! I do agree that the carpet looks like it needs replaced!

This place is the bestest in getting back to your normal lifestyle after an injury!!! The therapists here know what they are doing and will make sure you can get back to your active self again (or in my case wearing heels again). This is the only place where you will be treated one to one by an actual certified therapist. I highly recommend StayFIT Physical Therapy!!!

I'm thoroughly impressed by the entire staff! I was greeted by the ladies in the reception area with such respect and compassion! My therapist Amy is truly remarkable and knowledgeable in her chosen field.I thought I would never receive relief from my injuries and degenerative back issues but I am slowly getting back to norm. You really have to work your program at home as well to attain the results you want. I've also worked with Daniel as well who is great as well. Thank you all for the quality service and five star treatment!
