My first day going to PT Hawaii in Waipahu was June 27, I felt uncomfortable when I was there waiting in the waiting area to be seen but the staff was really awesome their super friendly and kind so that's when I felt everything would be fine they took me out of my uncomfortable zone and made me feel like family. I really recommend going to PT Hawaii in waipahu again. I want to thank Jennifer Ramos that is my physical therapist and the clinical Director Dang Ngo for making me comfortable while I'm doing my physical therapy and all the staff at PT Hawaii thank you very much. My massage with Lisa was incredible she does awesome work I really highly recommend her as your massage therapist she has gentle touch and know how to keep you calm with soothing music.

I love this place. I was here back in 2015. After a bad car accident, I was left not being able to raise my arms past my shoulders, hurt to laugh, and even walk due to the severe pain in my chest area. My brilliant doctor whom I adore prescribed me 3x a week of PT and Massage Therapy at this institution. The first visit consisted of an assessment, then the next visits were 2 hours, first hour of PT, second hour straight upstairs for massage. The combination worked brilliantly and I was back to cutting hair, being a dance instructor, and riding my motorcycle in a matter of months. I learned that especially because of my injuries that it's really important I keep exercising and strengthening, as well as stretching. Really keeping good maintenance of my body. Because of PT Hawaii, I found a passion and interest in Massage Therapy which I am now pursuing in Orange County, CA. I learned so much more and now have sights into Medical School. Here in California, a lot of people who has been injured whether by car accidents or personal, I've learned that it's rare for a doctor to prescribe Massage Therapy, only Physical Therapy. So massage under insurance is hard to find, much less find a facility like this with PT and Massage Therapy in the same building working cooperatively. (Hawaii is ahead in that aspect). If it wasn't for the combination of both, I wouldn't have made such a successful recovery. Thank you, PT Hawaii. You changed my life!

Great Physical Therapists and exercises but can get hot sometimes.....wish it was always cool and had a water bottle machine to buy water in case we forgot our own water or came from traffic in town. Water fountain ok but would rather buy my own so can carry around machines. Also, lockers for personal belongings.

Pretty nice place but the entryway is lacking. My bariatric wheelchair barely made it through. And I couldn't fit into the waiting room because the doorway was too narrow.
