Fukuji and Lum are the typical Physical Therapy SCAMMERS. They do the minimal so you have to continue spending money coming back. Their Kailua location screams negligence and they do not care for you to heal and get better. I am a personal trainer and have experience with physical therapists at a Division one and professional level. Please trust me that they will not help you and will only want your money. If you need to see a GOOD physical therapist please see, Physicsl Therapy Associates near the blaisdale arena. Please please please do not let Fuckuji and Lum steal your money! - I have been set back longer due to the lack of effort, care and knowledge at Fuckuji and Lum. You are better off watching YouTube videos at home and applying what you see to help yourself. Even the physical therapist seem like they need physical therapy. If the therapists don’t care about their own health or bodies, what makes you think they will care about yours? BELIEVE ME THEY WONT! Do not go and see Fuckuji and Lum.

a (lame) Doc referred me to this office. took weeks to go through. Went back in for a check in with doctor and she could not believe FLPT had not scheduled an appointment with me. I couldnt work with my injury so all the time they wasted was very frustrating. Then the old white lady who was assigned to my case LAUGHED at me for bringing my anatomy books so we could discuss what muscles, and such were involved (i do massage) she sarcastically chided "what are we studying for a test" then proceeded to do a few tests talking to me about nothing although i was politely asking questions to best understand MY BODY. she then went on the grafton technique which im familiar with in massage except SHE SAID EWWWW, GROSSS, THATS DISGUSTING, MAKING ME CRINGE. while. she. was. working. on. a verry. sensitive. injury. ...... never in my life, have i experienced this level of unprofessionalism, and in the field of health THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. you are supposed to bee an office of healing. instead I left more HURT than I came in. this office is a joke and the staff are too! Seriously quit your day job, because youre terrible.
