Apex Physical therapy (Shawna Y.) highly recommended by my doctor after experiencing an occupational injury. The buildings location is very convenient with plenty of parking. Upon entering the Office. First thing I noticed....The walls are painted a very nice relaxing blue with photos of people engaging in sports and active lifestyles. Additionally The Office Staff friendly and personable. The session begins, The assessment of my injury with detailed explanation. Her hard-work ethic and dedication is apparent! Ultrasound Massage, massage, PT strength building exercises followed with kinesiology taping to brace my shoulder from pulling on my neck. I am still on the mend. So It's comforting knowing I have Shawna's expertise helping and guiding my every move!
