I have been taking pilates from Tina at Pro Health for 5 years. She is a kind, patient, and knowledgeable pilates instructor and PT Assistant. I am stronger physically and mentally now. Pilates is something I will continue for my lifetime.

I have been a patient on and off for 3 years. The service and care has gone down tremendously. With the loss of the former office receptionist and physical therapist, I have decided to discontinue my care. Appointments are hard to get. Monica and Bethany are the best therapist that they have left. The reception staff is not friendly especially Liz. If you are looking for Pilates this is the place for you maybe. Most classes are doing work hours. If you are a physical therapy patient, this may not be the place. There is only one therapist that needles and her schedule is limited. It’s hard to get appointments with the same therapist all the way through your treatment time. I am utterly disappointed with my past experience. I have had wonderful care here under Danny and Alyssa who left the practice. With the new receptionist, it just seems like things aren’t always together. When I call, I get no answer or voicemail. They take quite a bit of time to call back. The new facility is beautiful, but it’s beauty came at a cost of the friendly family like environment that the company once had.

this is a nice place and I like taking Pilates but the catch is everyone can't come at 8.30 to take a mat class when the there is only two days to come and one set time.

Karyn is incredibly well-trained, knowledgeable & experienced, has a super keen eye, and communicates instructions well. The clinic and Pilates studio are very nice and extremely well-kept. The Oov is a tool that the trainers & therapists know how to use at ProHealth and I consider that a big advantage. I am happy to travel 4.5 hours one way for Pilates instruction at ProHealth!

Through many classes including Better Bone Health, Beginning and Intermediate Circuit, Healthy Spine, Mat and Reformer, I’ve recovered posture, balance and strength that neither I or my physicians thought was possible over the last 6 years. I’ve also found relief from a couple of different chronic pain issues with the help of two different PT’s, including dry needling. This year I developed reactive airways which, amazingly, Karen and staff have helped me with starting with a package of private sessions to get me back up to speed after a 6 month absence.
